I came into the store on 15/01/24. I was helped by one of the Managers, Mohammed. He was professional, patient and efficient. My laptop issues were resolved quickly. This kind of customer service is top-tier. Thanks, Mohammed.

I want to give a big shoutout to Evans and Sunny from this Currys, who have been the absolute best 🥳. Evans advised me in the changing of my headphones which broke, he assisted me in the paperwork and order, and Sunny helped me for the pick up and warranty 😊. I am not very versed in technology, and they both made me feel comfortable, and took the time to explain everything. I am grateful and had a nice customer experience 😊.

They are an asset to Currys, and should be considered for any advancement! Their customer service was impeccable, they were knowledgeable, honest, helpful, funny and courteous. I am very happy and thankful to have dealt with them , I can now listen to music even better than before thanks to them.

Went in today around 2pm looking to purchase a Dell XPS 15. Was accompanied by a friendly chap named Andre who explained everything swiftly and thoroughly. Went above and beyond for what I was looking for. Amazing service from start to finish. Felt a bit like christmas day. Many thanks to the Curry's team and Mr Andre inparticular. I have been a customer ever since I was a child (for context, I am 23 now, so less of a child).

One staff member that I would really like to express my gratitude for is Hector. Every time my mother and I visit the branch, for many years now, he never fails to greet us and asks about us.

Hector is a very friendly staff member who makes funny Witty jokes, smiles a lot and gives us a fantastic experience, who would go above and beyond to help you out with purchasing tech, finance and returns and providing you with his extensive knowledge.

In the hospitality sector, it is very rare to find people like Hector who continuously provide you with a welcoming vibe with an amazing experience.

Love Currys. I love wandering around looking at latest technology. Somehow online just isn't the same. You can't see, touch, feel and hear the merchandise.
You can't ask staff for advise etc.

On 11 August 2023 I was at Curry's Kensington branch in London W8.
I have renewed my phone contract and bought a new phone.. when I went into the Branch, I was directed to a young lady named Natalie who was on her own to do the job that needed 3 people to deal with.. There were to many customer and she was on her own..l the rest of the stuff, mainly male, were all wondering around..

I usually get very upset if I was kept waiting more then max 20 minutes..However for the first time in my life, I patiently had waited 4 and 1/2 hours for my job to be finished. Because though she was under a lot of pressure, I see that Natalie was doing her best. I was amused by the lady 's effort and skill to do 3 job at once and
making all the customer she dealled with happy .. Thank you Natalie 🙏

Recently I bought a TV, phone and radio from this store……. Shane and his colleague were extremely helpful, informative and patient. The transaction was a little complicated due to paying in different methods and Shane went above and beyond to facilitate this. I’m so grateful and would recommend them / this store to anyone when buying high spec electrical goods.

Medium size electronics store, containing a decent variety of goods on 2 floors.
The level of knowledge was acceptable for the majority of customers. As such, I don't expect the company to invest money and time into the staff knowledge base.
However, for technically skilled people, I find knowledge very basic.

I currently used this store and would love to say that I am really pleased with their service.I was impressed by Natalie who's is really patient and flexible around customer needs, so thankful, Natalie is not only kind, she is very helpful when it comes to make prior the customer happy..Had previously request her help with an upgrade and her patience is Unic , will give her +5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟.

On an easy to use website giving all the information needed, they had the cooker we wanted, at a good price and deliverable without complaint to our remote location. The delivery was effectively completed on the date given with two notifications confirming this on prior days and the promised call on the day, 30 minutes before arrival. Puts the deplorable service from a rival, employee owned retailer to shame

Omar and a female assistant that I unfortunately did not see her name, gave me excellent Customer Service. I needed assistance with a product ordered on line for store collection from High Street Kensington. However there was a technical issue and only after much effort from two of the staff I successfully made my purchase. So refreshing to see some people really understand the true meaning of excellent Customer Service. They out shined three other staff that were very dismissive and really did not want to help or go the extra mile. Thanks again 😊👍

Outstanding service from Nadir Omar! He went an extra mile to help me and explained everything as well as making sure i will get what i need for my laptop issue.
My laptop was not working and i needed it urgently for the next day. He has helped me to fix it so quick! i am so grateful for such good people and quality service! Looking forward to be back to the store again

Brilliant service I had ordered one thing to collect and asked about a certain tv they sent me straight to someone who deals with the TVs he walked me through it delivered two days later and the delivery drivers were just as good . Definitely recommend great costumer service

Very good store with lots of items from large screen TVs to WiFi extenders and many more. Friendly staff and very large store in the heart of Kensington high street. Do visit the store for any electrical, wifi and entertainment equipments.

A gentleman by the name of Omar Omar in Tech Services was outstanding. He showed enthusiasm, humility and took ownership of the problem that I had with my tablet. He also resolved the issues immediately and without delay. First class commendation
