Huff Puff and More

Don’t bother - they only care about the money, they don’t have any customer service!
Bought a vape Thursday it was dead by Monday. Won’t charge. Lucky to have had 500 puffs off a 9k puff vape! Went in 4 days after was told the manager isn’t around to come back; went back in, was told “you were told to come in before 12pm”… sorry but I have a life and commitments that’s do not revolve around your management.
Two days I went in to query and it gets ignored and then I leave a review and suddenly get some communication… not the best I might add, quite abrupt and rude! I made a mistake with the day and they come back arguing about it. In my honest opinion I wouldn’t bother unless you want to be made out to be a liar! Even if I did show the transaction at their shop! Also says they give customers benefit of the doubt but had some people come back but it wasn’t bought from their shop… I’ve proved I bought mine from there, but tar me with the same brush as a thief! Disgusting customer service and a disgrace of a shop!
