Brilliant shop with just about anything you need, and some of the prices are waaay lower than B&Q!

A well stocked hardware and tool store with everything for the home and garden, from calor gas, seeds and seed potatoes to kitchen hardware and consumables.

They stock much more than I'd have guessed. It's always worth asking. They are also very helpful.

They stock pretty much anything you can imagine, helpful staff of all ages. Not always the cheapest but most convenient by a mile, especially when you need that tool, screw or light bulb to complete a task!

Like the other reviews say, this is a lovely little shop with a vast range considering its size. Prices are better than the big chains on a lot of items and many things can be bought individually here that are only available in multipacks elsewhere, such as screws, nails and many other items. Staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and always have time for you. It's like stepping back in time, coming here.

If you remember when shops were shops, staff actually cared and knew what they were talking about and you could buy just 1 of something rather than a pack of 500 then you'll love Parkers. Possibly not the cheapest, but certainly the best (possibly only) hardware store around. Love them! Thank you.

This is a great shop full of everything you may ever need in terms of hardware and household goods. The staff are friendly, well informed and helpful. I have asked some fairly obscure questions about all manner of DIY jobs and have always found the answer helpful.
I am saddened to see a poor review from someone who is selfish and inconsiderate of those who are so vulnerable at this time.

The most consistently helpful staff I've ever come across in any shop (and I've recently entered my 70th decade). I've been going there for years to obtain various items and often asked for advice which is willingly given and is always very good. The long serving lady is wonderful on both of those counts and the more recent male assistant looks like he'll carry on that fine tradition.

Hidden gem for all those little things that you think are not available anymore. They are, and the're at Parkers. Also Calor gas agent. Reasonable amount of free parking serving all the other local stores too.

My fiance and I have been in this shop a few times and find it very helpful. The staff have always been very helpful and polite. Reasonable prices too. We will use this shop again.

Super helpful service with everything you would expect from a hardware store and lots you wouldn't! Knowledgeable staff and nothing is too much trouble.
