You can find good quality clothes and accessories both for women and men. Prices are accessible. The place is clean and tidy, staff is nice and helpful, mask to be worn. Fiting rooms at the moment can't be used. The shop is easy to find, the car park is big but can get crowded quite often. With public transport get of at bus stop Tilling Road S.

The staff are always amazing at Brent Cross. Ashlea is always so friendly and helpful and Elena was so great with helping me find items for me and checking stock room. Really went out of her way for me. Hemini was also lovely.

I placed an order for some dining chairs at this branch. There was an error in the order and I received the wrong colour of the chairs. When I contacted Next's customer service, they were so unreasonable and unhelpful. I went back to this store and the staff were so professional. I want to thank Christine (from Home section) and Clare ( Store manager). They arranged for the correct chairs to be delivered to my house with lots of difficulty as the Next's customer service/head office were so unhelpful even to them so Christine spent a long time trying to resolve this problem. I am really grateful and if I am ever to buy anything from Next is because these individuals actually delivered customer service whereas the head office seems to not have the same standard/attitude toward customers.
