I had the pleasure of enjoying an afternoon meal at The Place to Eat this weekend and the portion size was good. I had fish and chips with mushy peas. We dined outside so had the beautiful view overlooking the grounds. There were jugs of water available and glasses to help yourself to. I was given a table number and the food was brought to our table when it was ready and piping hot too.

I must say I was very pleased to see the Quality Street pick and mix was still up and running on Christmas Eve Eve, as I stupidly left my Christmas shopping to the last moment. David at the Westfield branch was very kind and friendly towards me and helped me out brilliantly with my tin selection. Even looked up the allergy information for the chocolates and I was buying for families who have young kids, and didn't want any whole nuts.

Exceptional service from Jordan in the nursery department. Me and my family were so impressed with his knowledge and we all went away after our 90 minute nursery appointment feeling very clued up on everything baby (as well as putting in a big order for our baby using the nursery discount for spending over £1500). Jordan is a real asset to JL and we can’t thank him enough for his help!

On Nov 10, 2022, I followed my wife, her niece and our younger daughter to come here. While I didn’t think I would buy anything, I spotted the last stock of a bicycle repair kit (price reduced from 20 pounds to 8 pounds). Having bought it for my six bicycles, I left the shop a very happy man!

I recently had a wonderful experience at the Chanel counter in John Lewis while purchasing a gift. Ayce, who assisted me, was exceptionally helpful. Her knowledge of Chanel’s products and her keen eye for what makes a great gift were invaluable. She went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. Her dedication and professionalism at the Chanel counter in John Lewis made my shopping experience both enjoyable and successful. I highly recommend visiting Ayce at Chanel in John Lewis for anyone in search of the perfect gift.

Zainab, was truly amazing she showed us everything we did need ahead of the baby arriving, maybe need after it arrives and the areas other parents had spent more and where they didn’t.
I was really impressed with her approach, professionalism and thoughtful attitude.

She even reunited a lost child with its parents while helping us.

I recently visited John Lewis & Partners to buy a gift, and I had a fantastic experience. Ayyoub, a young man, provided excellent assistance, making my shopping experience enjoyable. Great customer service!

I went into john lewis flooring department in white city, staff was incredibly helpful and kind, they really seem to know about the carpets and flooring will be definitely be coming back

... not crowded on this visit, nicely laid out items for easy browsing. nice place to have a little peace and quiet is at the cafe by benugo. nice coffee, reasonably priced. pecan pie is worth a try.

I went to the shop yesterday to buy a gift to my son. I went to Yves Saint Laurent to buy the perfume and I couldn't see any staff. Kindly another lady from Estée Lauder help me with my purchase but when I asked to wrap the perfume she sent me to the customer service and told me that I had to pay for it. I replied to her asking if I could have a bag from the Yves Saint Laurent and she told me that wasn't possible
because that specific brand and
others don't have bags. I went to the customer service and the lady who attended me was very kind and understood my frustration, offering me the service. Sorry but I can't be happy with the fact that I went to John Lewis and not to a corner shop and my experience yesterday was very disappointing. How come a brand like Yves Saint Laurent don't have a small bag to give to the customers???

Great store love it - the staff are all business partners, so they all not only have the consumers' interests at heart but they take care of each other as well. I haven't seen many of the departments but I've liked what I've seen so far. Incidentally, their third floor coffee shop is open again - in style - with wonderful views if you sit outside. The other photos suddenly disappeared, sorry.

Ok, so I've missed the JL&P's shopping experience. Browsing today for lighting/Lamps. And found some beautiful designs by Tom Raffield. So yes, definitely on my to buy list .

We visited the 4th floor, with the antenatal products and Tamare, the employee at the prams section explained us in full detail the different products (e.g. prams sizes, weights, demonstrating easiness in folding them, prices) and what would be more suitable for our needs. Thanks to her (and a follow up email she sent us with the different products we liked most) we can now make an informed decision and purchase a pram.

Wow! What a brilliant store! I love John Lewis and this is a wonderful branch. It's new and fabulous. Brilliant clothes and linens and gadgets, I love it. They have a nice cafe with huge scones and good cake. Loos everywhere. A fantastic perfume and cosmetics hall. This is an amazing addition to an already super mall.

I ordered and collected right away at their collection point. Really friendly service and prompt with the greetings and acknowledge customers. I didn't have to wait around like I had to at Debenhams with the half asleep representative. I will go only here instead of Debenhams from now on. Less waiting better service :)

Lots of space to move around. You can find anything you want from kitchen equipment or make up.
