H&M

I have to share an experience I had at the H&M store. My mom and I were carrying insanely heavy bags as I’m moving in and we bought lots hot homeward throughout the day.
H&m home was the last store we visited that day, and so we asked the manager where the taxi stand is.
The manager helped us order an Uber and called taxi services from her own phone. And after securing an Uber for us, she helped carry our bags all the way there. If you’ve been to Westfield you know how far that is.
So once again thanks to all the H&M home Westfield white city staff!

Westfield W12 is always the place to be. Vast variety and larger than life. Brilliant store that is well lit and easy enough to navigate. Due to popularity, the till points are always busy but the staff are really efficient and waiting times are kept to a minimum. Ideal for the shopping trip with a clear focus in mind.

Great prices compared to other brands. Decent quality and they clothes will last. Another bonus is that you can get loads of discounts if you know where to look.

H&M never disappoints

Yesterday I went all around the store to find an item that I really want to purchase but, because on sale, I couldn't find anywhere! At some point I met this lovely woman Mashabellah, and she went really extramile to find the item for me!!! I was so happy she put a smile in my face as I was just been fire at work, and she really made my day...!!! I was working in this HM when young and I'm glad to see the excellent customer service qnd they high standard of hiring excellent people they still have!!! Highly recommended!

I view going into H&M as a bit of an adventure, you never know what you are going to find, but usually there is something, even if it's not what you originally wanted.
Yesterday I found two pair of trousers, last week I bought a gorgeous pink jumper for winter.
The quality of some of the clothing isn't always up to my exacting standards (I just bypass those), but having said that I have several items in my wardrobe that I've had for years, and that I'll love forever. One dress, that I bought about ten years ago, is still going strong.
So, whatever your age I'd say go and explore H&M, I'm sure you'll find something.

We went to H&M for baby clothes and we found so many nice outfits. This is one of them. I love it.

Had a lovely day shopping that was made even better by the wide selection. The customer service from Harpreet (i think her name was) was so kind and helpful. Very impressed!

Massive shop, biggest H&M I've ever been to. Great selection of clothes at very reasonable prices.

Wife gave this 5*. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by staff. It was early but still very busy with sales plenty of bargains were to be had.

The missus loves the quality garments which were out on display. Lots to choose from and all at reasonable pricing for me the card bearer.

Upon purchasing the que was very long yet the staff managed to work their way through and keep things moving swiftly.

Great service from the H&M team hence the 5 star rating.

huge store, can find whatever youre looking for. Dean was great help today as well, seems like a lovely and very hard working employee! My only issue with this place is all the greenwashing but thats not a branch specific issue so I’ll still give 5 stars for dean

Didn't shop this time, just brought in a bag of clothes for the garment recycling scheme. Staff was really helpful. Used this scheme a few years ago and although wearable clothes I donate to charities, clothes beyond repair or duvet covers for example can be recycled this way so they don't end up as landfill.

Good brand, good quality, moderate price

Always tidy and clean with very beautiful dresses for summertime. Also, they have wonderful sandals

I went to go shop at H&M and had a very wonderful time. Particularly the customer service to me provided by Sophie( wears a grey beanie hat) was amazing. Helped when I needed support and made my experience that much better. Definitely coming back here again!

Has the full ladies wear collection with a decent selection of sizes.
Bright and spacious shop design with alot of changing rooms.
Queues for the tills can take over 20 minutes at bust times.
