If i could give minus I would, Adeyinka Owolabi apparently the genral manager, is unproffressional, Rude and just does not know his job, His customer service is a zero, walks around with ear buds in, refuses to refund or exchange anything regardless that I the customer followed everything I was told to do.
In conclusion, avoid this store all the time Adeyinka Owolabi is the general manager

They are not professional even the manager whole team is pathetic they don’t know what to do . I don’t recommend to buy anything from this store I bought Lenovo laptop which shows nine months warranty left instead of 12 months manufacturer warranty and they refuse to do anything instead make stories you here n there . I went to another Argos they instantly refunded me .

Manager is totally unprofessional and accusatory. They will pretend an item is damaged when no signs of wear existed. AVOID this Argos.

I return an item for my mother ordered online. They can't / won't refund the debit card if you don't have it on you and offer a Argos gift card. Amazon can why can't Argos?

THE MANAGER IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TREATING CUSTOMERS LIKE RUBBISH REFUSING TO DO HIS JOB OR DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS PROBLEMS. THIS IS UNITED KINGDOM NOT A THIRD WORLD COUNTRY YOU DONT HAVE FOLLOW CORRUPTION FOLLOW THE LAW.
