Very nice lady employee helped me pack my large shopping load into shopping bag and even took it all out to the car boot..and then took back the store trolley and returned with a pound coin!!! Brilliant customer service!!! Well done, Sainsburys!

Quiet and easy to access. Still feels like limited choice despite the large size of the store. Price matched to Aldi on selected food lines. Plenty of self-checkout tills.
Removed most of the cashier tills for larger trolley-sized self-checkout tills.
Scan while you shop is available on your mobile, making checkout a lot quicker.

Nice little store. Has most things you need and even a nice little Halal meat section. Convenient and handy for me when I'm in the area.

Sainsbury's at West Ealing offers a wide range of products in a spacious and well-organized store. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. The store has an impressive selection of fresh produce, groceries, and household items. During peak hours, the checkout queues can be long, but efforts are made to minimize waiting times.

Good average sized shop with plenty of choice. I recommend the smart scan app so you don't need to queue; with that, you pick up what you want, scan it and put it in your carrier bag and scan your phone on the way out to pay - it adds to the fun since during less busy times you'd get the security guard inconspicuously following you from isle to isle.

Had such a nice experience with Nicola doing my hair a few weeks ago! She was so nice and put me at ease. I got a great cut and my blow dry stayed in all evening!! Thank you again

Great selection of products in this store compared to other Sainsburys locations.
My only complaint would be the response to issues at the self service till - due to the amount of self service tills and their popularity, more staff in the vicinity would be appreciated.

Good place to shop and good prices.

Lots to choose from in a big store and always well stocked. Now they have Argos in store, which is handy.

Ok it's a normal supermarket. However as I wad going through the Isles most things where being checked for date of expiry and date also being swapped. Can't complain about freshness. Shelves weren't empty
