Great store, very friendly people, super convenient especially when dropping and collecting parcels as staff are always patient and eager to help!

I don’t know how people give 1 star for this lovely shop. I come here for my collect plus parcels and never had issues.

I come here very often to send my parcels. The boys are really friendly and I will recommend them. Never had issues here.

Great friendly local shop. Makes the neighbourhood feel warm and homely, and I must say, it is ran very well. The owner and his family are so polite and you can tell they take great pride in their business. Great selection of items and they cater for all types.

Good shop friendly staff get along with them always will come back because it’s more better then walking far to a shop also got more of a choice but yeah hope things get better soon like the window hope you get that sorted soon 😀

Good customer service means meeting your customers’ needs in a timely, efficient, and pleasant way. Premier Express (Dunton Road) is doing an outstanding job! The store is very well organised and follows the Covid restriction rule very well. You literally can find everything there in one place. Most importantly the owner is very helpful and when ever you need anything which he does not have, he will get them ordered for you. We need people like him in Dunton Road and I am so pleased that he is here for the community.

Amazing service from the workers and the owner himself. They’re all super helpful, especially during COVID. Super convenient, considering that the shop is right next to a bus stop. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area or anyone passing through.
