Crooked Thugs. I was overcharged by 5 pounds on a payzone -monzo cash deposit transaction on 09-10-2023 at 17:07. i was supposed to be charged 2 pounds but they took 7 pounds from me instead.

I went inside the shop and got badly harassed by the store owner, all I wanted to do was purchase a drink and get out they were yelling at me and saying I couldn't go in some areas, and threated to call the police on me, when I left they pretended to close the shop and locked the door with customers still inside they then proceeded to call the police on me and my friend of colour I will not be returning to this store seeing as they treated so horribly and they were rodent feces on the floor

The older shopkeeper is very rude .He tries to pressure you to buy something from him shop to top up your electrcity. If you don’t want to sell electricity than don’t be a payzone shop! he claims that if you pay by card it costs him 50p well i paid by cash today and he still tried to say it costs him 20p and gave the most attitude. He tried to bait me into an argument so he could refuse service but i didn’t rise to it. Very rude man!

I went to this shop to purchase my gas and electricity and the shop keeper asked me to shop from them first otherwise he will not sell me neither gas or electricity.
I do not advice anyone to shop at this shop. Very poor service.
