The staff is really super helpful and friendly (manager Rob went out of his way to find the part I needed).
Though the store is small and one cannot just browse for stuff, the shopping is easy and very pleasant. Definitely my default place for all DIY.

Limited parking.
Helpful and knowledgeable staff, even if Will did look like a burglar in his gloves and beenie hat.
Longer wait in the queue than the queue to receive my goods.
Sadly, there was an issue with my card payment online, so easier to just go in for what I wanted.

We are local building company using Screwfix services for a couple of years now. We are always happy with range and quality of products . Excellent customers service skills and friendly staff. Efficient collection system.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I ordered and paid online and the item was ready for collection when I arrived. I brought to old unit with me to ensure I had ordered the correct unit and staff opened the new packaging up so that it could be checked plus they even disposed the old unit for me ensuring that recyclable parts were recycled. Fantastic 😀

Been here so many times - easy collect, easy parking, easy returns, easy queuing system. Cannot recommend more highly. Ask for Annabelle, she was so helpful!

Always a great selection for pretty much any diy requirement and I am sure trades as well. Decent staff who are always helpful and willing to assist. One thing that has really impressed me is the power tool pricing which seems to have become more competitive in the last few months so my dewalt addiction is not as expensive as I thought.

Place itself is good. Staff is friendly and helpful ,but please turn those quick pick up machines on! It will speed up the collection process and put less strain on your staff!

Thought it was the end of the world when Homebase in Walton closed. How wrong I was. I now have Screwfix (and Toolstation) on my doorstep. No walking down aisles, it's all done for you. Just click and collect! Simples
