Ordered from here several times. Lovely clothes, fast delivery (arrived within a week of ordering with updates on the 'Shop' app) Gorgeous clothes, and now they make to order to avoid waste. Brilliant!

Used this business many many times always loved their clothes. My sister purchased a £70 gift card from this company as a gift for my son. They shut abruptly shortly after i recieved my gift card. No response via emails or social media. Just stealing loyal customers hard earned money.

I've been waiting more than a month for my items to be delivered, after an initial promise that my order would be dispatched within 5 days, they stopped responding to my emails. Incredibly poor customer service and service generally. My advice would be never to shop from them.

My order has not been dispatched yet after 2 weeks. They have a chat on their website to contact but it actually is linked with WhatsApp with a private number of a lady. I contacted her 3 times. 1st time was before I ordered, to ask about an item, she answered hours later. 2nd and 3rd time I contacted to ask about my order, she just ignored me. I will have to claim a refund via paypal as I don’t even think I will receive my items, I don’t trust this shop at all.

Disappointed with the customer service. Two weeks after ordering an item I had heard nothing from My Little Monkey. I contacted them and was informed it was en route and this was the normal delivery process. Two further weeks elapsed and I re-contacted them. This time I was informed that the item was out of stock. Very disappointing to have to chase this up myself.

I ordered over a week ago still not received my item and I’ve seen they have shut down but still taking peoples money I will be contacting the police and my bank as this is fraud I ante happy one bit this is so wrong

Been waiting for almost a month for my order, and still haven’t received it. Still waiting at the time of writing this, with my emails to the customer service largely unanswered with no update on when I can receive my order that is extremely overdue.

Absolutely terrible service and when you yrt to contact them they just ignore you,
Shambles of a company, wouldn't recommend it to anyone, my daughter ordered baby items weeks and weeks ago, no goods yet, she has emailed them tried to telephone them and nothing.

I've been waiting over a month for an order, with multiple emails going unanswered. Absolutely terrible customer service.
