Always struck by the great service in Rymans ( and snappy snaps for that matter)
Always happy to help and they know the products. I was just asking about biros, Rollerballs etc. And the guy knew all about them. I almost felt as if I was in a bygone era when shopkeepers actually ran their shops. Was great.

OK OK OK, we get it, printing is very expensive. Tbh it is, it's sometimes five time the price as normal places but the flip side is, do you see much printing shops about? Nope, cos they don't exist. Otherwise customer service here is excellent. Especially a guy called John, very very friendly and helpful. Really cared about customer service. Thanks John!
