Rude and very dogmatic about browsing to purchase groceries at 6am - was being told to hurry very aggressively and consistently (because they had a little delivery) very rude service and off putting when all you’re doing is lining their pockets. The shop is open 24 hours so it’s just rude to imply and overstate that they needed me and one friend to leave so they could trolley around a few cases of milk and bread through the isles …

So rude!!! Went to collect my DPD parcel and aparently it has already been collected? The rude guy behind the counter had no sympathy for the situation whatsoever and didn't even care to look for it or help. Terrible never coming here ever again

Extremely rude staff. I left a DPD parcel there and I'm worried what will happen to it since the person left it on the counter and continued to watch a movie on his phone while disrespectfully making me understand I should leave.

I left a parcel to be picked up by DPD here.
The shop guy gave me a very basic paper, that even had on it a part that said was for DPD. I didn't look in the moment and trusted it was okay. After 15 days my parcel is nowhere to be found, so I went to ask him what happened with it, and the guy started yelling at me, treated me in the most disrepectful way and said he was not responsible for it. It was a very disturbing situation with a lady who had no idea what was going on getting involved on his side. everything incredibly agressive. I left not knowing where my parcel is and might have lost £100.
Don't take a parcel here, and either shop.

Why pretend you do gas & electric when you don’t? Why do you have a payzone logo outside your shop when you don’t offer payzone services? Are you a dunce or are you a dunce? Illegal perhaps? Idk you tell me. You don’t serve anyone but yet your shop still a run. How does that work? How do you even have money when no ones going in your shop? And yet when they do you turn them away😕. Make it make sense pls. And the worst thing about it is you’re using the pandemic as an excuse with your nyam out headpiece and bad shape beer belly selves. Fix up man.

I'm SO DONE trying to support small shops with rude and unhelpful eployees/owners. Nisa is just next door, It's cheaper, they have better choice and the staff must have parents that taught them some basic MANNERS!!!

person behind the counter was very rude. Told me off for coming to pick up my package after 7pm even though everything online says it's open 24 hours.
