I was struggling with pain so popped in for some ibuprofen. There was a lady stocking shelves who anticipated that she would need to authenticate my purchase and did so in a very speedy and friendly manner. Her name is Sandra and she is an asset to your company. She made me feel 100 times better and put a smile on my face. Thanks Sandra.

Good selection of sandwiches. Had the most amazing falafel & humous tortilla wrap. Greencore sure have got their Moroccan recipe right. Most expensive meal WHSmith meal deal I’ve seen @ 4.99.

After having forgotten my menthol filters back in Scotland and my lighter the shop staff and security guard outside were so helpful and lovely!

Went in to buy a set of earphones and it was actually the security man that was very helpful and directed us to what we were looking for and wasn't expensive.

I love this store as it has books!!!! Great deal of half price for the second book chosen. The friendliest and coolest sakes guy there!!

Busy store, only play in the station to buy magazines or papers before a journey. Not the cheapest in regards drinks.

I rarely purchase anything from W H Smiths in stations because everything costs so much. Popped in to this one to while away some time as I waited for my train. It is very accessible and near an entrance and has step free access. Well stocked with lots of snacks and magazines. Books are in a separate store a few doors away. You may see hard to find magazines here and some that are just funny. Like the decluttering magazine to clutter your home🤣🤣🤣 Staff thin on the ground, instead there are several self service machines.

I popped in at the Wh Smith store in st pancras( the one opposite Boots) and was served by a very lovely young lady with Glasses,( who's name was Maria). I was enquiring about a magazine and book and she took time to look up a both items . I received impeccable customer service and would definitely visit that store again especially if the that young lady is there . I did pop in the other day hoping and I am disappointed to say that i was serve by a older woman with whos manners was extremely rude and abrupt while serving me. I will shop there again if I'm passing through and only if the polite young lady is there. She made my shopping experience at WHSmith a pleasure.

Small but with a decent selection of magazines, a few books, food, drink and other pre-travel essentials that may be required. Also stocks things such as chargers, headphones and cables for those who may require some tech assistance for their journey

Nice location but high prices for the normal thing u need. Seems like this store is not in St Pancras station but in Harrods. Just in n out n didn’t bother to buy the thing I want. It’s not about price but customer service coz no one was on floor for help.
