Popped in to get water, security guard was on his phone and getting in my way, but men at till were polite and kind, so no complaints. Open late and convenient for travellers due to location

Practical little shop

The products are great, but the prices are too high and the staff are mistaking the prices pretty often. Don't like it.

The assortment is good but the staff doesn't care about you and there is a 5 pound minimum.

品項不少，但是價格不便宜，同樣一顆包心菜這邊£1.49，我在下一間雜貨店看見不到£1……就當學費了。

One of the man who was cleaning the floor came after me to double check if i paid the item. I find it extremely rude and hopefully the main Nisa management will retrain its staff. A compain to Nisa central was sent as well for harashing customer.

Unfriendly staff seems to be a pattern across most of these NISA stores.

Charged me £6 pounds for some cello tape when I asked for my receipt the shop assistant refused to give it to me. Literally day light robbery. I would avoid this shop at all costs.

Went to go in but i got pestered by the security guard by fat shaming comments and went to pick up a ham and cheese sandwich, the security guard said "have some tuna it will get you fit". I am fine the way i am

Walked in at 1:30 am ( young girl alone ) cause I forgot a phone charger and toothbrush and staff was making me feel very uncomfortable and scared by asking me questions about where my boyfriend is and if I’m alone here etc

Very rude people.
Be careful when you pay, the bar code price is always more expensive of the prices displayed.

Expensive better off going to Sainsburys or Tesco

Scam - provides invalid receipts.
