Pretty good supermarket to do a top up shop, although it’s more expensive. However the late opening times are good for us locals and travellers.

Great shop, I love the selection. There weren't many sandwiches available, but it was lunchtime, so it was expected. Love the handy location of the shop. It's a great place to grab some sweets before the train journey.

Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access with good quality produce.

Popped in for a sandwich for the train and noticed my little one had dropped his glasses. We spoke to (I'm assuming) the manager who checked for us but nothing had been handed in. We tracked our steps back to the underground and the manager came after us having found them to return. Fantastic customer service. Shop has a great choice for such a small location, and is still less manic than every other shop in kings cross.

Just popped in to get a sandwich and a few bits before onward journey, having landed and travelled from Gatwick Airport.
I was served by a lovely lady on the cash till and at the end of my transaction she gave me a lovely pot containing some hot porridge. I wasn't expecting that and was a delight to eat on the train home.

I went into this branch today with a deep cut to my finger. I needed a plaster urgently. A very kind assistant was really caring to me. She not only helped me to find the plasters but gave me practical support and encouragement.
Another assistant on the counter was also very kind. I didn't think to ask fir their names, but l will not forget them. Iwent out of the store

I always visit before getting the train to see my parents, I might not have bothered to leave a review even though I’ve always had good service. But today I’m going to help my dad move into a care home, and today the kind woman offered me a free pastry, a beef slice. I’m not sure I thanked her properly as I was a bit tearful, silly maybe. Thank you kind lady and thank you Waitrose.

It’s got everything you’d need either for a last minute top up on your way home or to keep you going on your train journey somewhere.

I always love this store in Kings Cross great for what you need before you leave. Special shout-out today tho for Nathan who is really welcoming, genuine and personable as well as going the extra mile too support all customers.

Very handy to buy food and refreshments prior to train journeys. Waitrose isn't cheap, but better quality and better value than on train options. Very busy. Staff friendly and patient in the circs!

Picking up some early breakfast and left my wallet by accident. Staff kept it in the store safe until I could return from my business trip and claim it. Really helpful, beyond the call of duty. Thank you

Very happy to discover a vegan sandwich with a little extra something at this Little Waitrose. The sweet potato and chipotle with chunky ratatouille was delicious. Please keep your innovative vegan range coming!

Pretty standard little Waitrose. It’s perfect for the quick grab before your train. We always stop for a G&T to bring on the train!

Whenever I go to Halifax from London, this is my best place to pick my breakfast and most of the times evening snacks as well. Not sure if any such quick store is available nearby but buying food to cook at home at the later part of the day to help wife makes me win some brownie pointes from her as I get late on Fridays when coming from office. Little love for little waitrose.

Dropped my purse in the shop and only realisedonce i had left. In my panic i dropped my bottle of wine. Went back and the manager was extremely kind and very helpful. Great customer service - very grateful

You have to love Waitrose. It not just the fact that the quality of every single thing in the store is guarenteed, or that the prices are no more than the other big supermarkets, but that the place is owned by the people who work there.
