Outstanding customer service from manager Ali. He has gone above and beyond for over two decades for his customers To provide the freshest produce there is in south London. It is very comforting to know you can buy organic products that can help you medicinally, and in this day and age it is crucial. I would highly recommend that everybody does at least visit the shop once to see the range and variety they have for all their customers. I must also say that their prices are very competitive compare to the rest of the shops in the area. They most certainly have impressed me and I know that they will do the same for you. I was also informed that they can offer a delivery service if you spend over a certain amount which is very convenient and essential for those that need it. I have seen all walks of life and to the shop including the elderly, disabled, & even emergency services and they always walk away with a smile. Wonderful store with exceptional staff members! :)

Hi, I love this store, I find everything I need from Colombia and staff are really kind. Now, I could not comunicate with them, that it is sad, I hope his phone works again.

Very nice and very friendly

I had a really terrible experience with the store owner today. I have been frequenting this store and supporting their business for a while but I will be discontinuing this support. The owner offered me the option to pay with a £5 cash back on my card and then proceeded to charge me £2 for a 75p purchase. I am aware of their "£2 minimum spend" when paying by card. When I suggested I can make up the £2 in store with other items he then grabbed the goods from me and refunded the £2 and directed me out the store. I found the entire encounter really disrespectful and unsavoury. I think the whole idea of a minimum spend is really questionable on a whole especially when the UK is moving more towards card usability than cash. But to use it to upset and disrespect customers is a different level. They need to do better in the service department, his attitude was unacceptable.
