O2 Shop London - Wandsworth

Not to be funny or anything but the customer was service was too perfect. The lovely girls in the hijabs were so helpful and so lovely. They definitely deserve a raise! There was a lovely young man with glasses who greeted me on arrival and had a lovely smile! It really makes a difference when they’re like this. Lamarr & the Crew at O2 Shop in the mall here were brilliant. Helpful, friendly and super efficient. Helped us top up our O2 cards for 2 months travel in EU & the UK. For we foreign visitors without UK bank accounts, it’s been a mission attempting to do it online.

Had such a good experience getting my new phone here. Shout out to Jeffrey Escobar who was so friendly, helpful and got me everything that I needed. I found the gentleman who assisted me with my phone insurance very helpful. I have had so many issues with O2 when trying to use the online chat function so I was apprehensive going into the store. This experience was much better. It is a shame that the online chat service is so poor.

Arrived late pm to request a new plan and data transfer from an iPhone 6 to 11. Was initially told I would need to book a session online but Sean Brown - who was just going off for (a very late) lunch - said he was free and would do it. He completed the transfer, found a really good airtime deal for me and gave me some general advice about the phone, all the time with a friendly smile and expert knowledge. 20 minutes later he got his even later lunch and one very satisfied customer left the store. Highly recommended.

Went in yesterday with the intention of simply telling O2 that I did not want to continue with them once my Iphone 7+ contract had expired. Instead received some amazing customer service from a lovely guy called Josh; he managed to swing me back round and signed me up on a great deal on a Google Pixel 4a. Great staff member, full props to him for being great at his job. Other staff members seemed nice too!

I visited this store after countless unsuccessful efforts trying to replace a stolen device via customer services. I was looked after by Rachel who I have to say was excellent from start to finish and may I add went above and beyond to help me. Superb experience and excellent customer service. THANKS RACHEL

Absolutely lovely, helpful staff. I have never been in that they haven’t patiently tried their best to help me. So unfailingly good is their service that I have written to head office before to let them know. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Unlike other O2 stores the staff in this shop have a degree of intelligence that is normally unheard of in mobile phone shops. Politeness is combined with a commitment to getting you a good deal that beats the other phone companies. Danny sorted us out a treat.

I have 6 contracts and been to a lot of o2 shops for upgrades etc but the big guy who works in this branch is brilliant super friendly I only come to this store cause this guy customer service is 10/10
