Prior to visiting I read other reviews and thought I was going to be in for a treat ( a bad one ). But let me summarise my experience:

I checked to see if my item was in stock online.
Went to the store and payed for the item using the tablets In there.
My product took less than a minute to arrive at collection point.

Very convenient, however the waiting times for buses in wandsworth is always atrocious, wouldn't bother getting the bus. Otherwise, stress free experience.

I never veen in Argos like that. Perfect fast customer service, all ody are nice and helpful, I bought and ordered my items within 10mins, SO I am full happy from my Shopping and back Just here for the future

It's argos, they've been around for years. No problems exchanging products, quick and convenient! The pricing is tight and great to just drop in and get what you need. Way ahead of their time.

Not sure about the negative reviews, but have been in a couple of times recently for a collection and an exchange of a faulty product and both times staff have been super helpful and professional.
