M&S Simply Food

I quite like this little M&S, it always seems to be well stocked when I go in a Nd the staff behind the tills are always very pleasant and polite regardless of a queue which is always nice.

Super customer service especially on Thursday and Friday night . Fast and friendly customer service. Ty BP.

M&S within a BP petrol station, nice selection of groceries.

Expensive fuel, 10 to 15p a litre more, however m and s good if you time it right when they have just restocked. Fav place for police and ambulances to wait at.

A good selection of food but some major minus points here. The toilets are always filthy, service is usually given slowly by very bored staff and recently they've switched to locking the doors after 2200. A big selling point here used to be the fact you could browse the shop 24hrs, now you have to do the standard 'ask at the window' routine - where they don't accept contactless.

This shop over charged me, I did try to explain but they are not the best run place on earth. Not impressed.

I bought a meal deal and a bar and they overcharged me. I try to explain.

I wouldn't mind but the sandwich wasn't the best, the meat was a bit fatty.

I always visit this place in hope of getting a hot drink but their machines are "always" cleaning so I end up spending my money at the McDonalds which is around the corner.
I guess they need my money more than them.

I live 5 mins walk away. This could be a really good outlet for us. Its a 24 hour Service station - usually its open for petrol/ M&S food/ alcohol 24 hours. So great! Though they're only open 24 hour only every now and then when it suits them. Alcohol is sold 24 hour but only when it suits them. Ive walked up there for a pint of milk 'later' and they are not open, then I've walked past at 2am and they are open and selling alcohol on a week day! So you think 'great! That so cool!, next time id like some more booze at the weekend when my friends are over, ill walk over'! Now I've just walked over on a Saturday night at the same time and they are open, but the alcohol section is closed. For gods sake, just sort out what you are doing!!

They just decide to block the allies for 20-30 minutes to refill at 9-10am. Quite useless to go and find yourself unable to buy pretty much nothing. Will surely not come back

The woman who has very short hair , she is very rude.... how she can work in there, how they allow to work this kind of person in bp's or m&s i don't understand

Slowest service I have ever seen. One slow cashier with about 15 customers queuing. You would think executives at BP would spot the missed opportunity at such an important location.

The disabled toilet dolidnt have the toilet rolls neither water in the wash basin. The other toilet didnt have the toilet roll. Only when i came out of the disabled someone put the toilet roll in the other toilet. At least the disabled toilet should be kept operational.

12/12/17 used to be good a petrol station now not even open 24 hours disappointing
