What a lovely bubble tea store!! I love their bubble drinks and have tried a few upon recommendations by their lovely staff! They are all amazing but Sejal really stood out for me! Going out of her way to make me feel welcome, and going through the options of the drinks and even switching them up for me to my preference!!

I was working at a pop-up and was situated close to their stand...it became my go-to everyday just because of how lovely the staff are! Not to mention my favourite drinks being the strawberry and cream, and their fizzy strawberry and mint!

I'd highly recommend visiting their stand, and can't wait to go back for my next pop-up or shopping visit at White City ♥

Absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, guy name was Subhan. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, and the service was impeccable. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere for a memorable evening. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bubbleology in Westfield London, and I must say, I was blown away by the unique and delicious drinks they had to offer. My server, Sejal 🥂 was extremely friendly and recommended some of her favorite drinks for me to try.

First off, the atmosphere of the store was very inviting, with vibrant colors and playful decor. After looking at the menu, I decided to try the Classic Milk Tea with salted caramel bubbles and the Matcha Latte with lychee bubbles. Both drinks were prepared fresh in front of me, and I was amazed by the attention to detail and care that was put into making them.

The Classic Milk Tea was creamy and had just the right amount of sweetness, while the salted caramel bubbles added a nice touch of flavor and texture. However, my favorite was the Matcha Latte. The matcha flavor was bold and authentic, and the lychee bubbles were a perfect compliment, adding a burst of sweetness to balance out the drink.

Another great aspect of Bubbleology is the ability to customize your drinks. Sejal explained to me that you can choose from a variety of teas, flavors, and bubbles to create your own unique drink. This is perfect for those who have dietary restrictions or simply like to switch things up. What sets Bubbleology apart from other bubble tea shops is their use of fresh ingredients and unique bubble flavors. I was beyond impressed with the quality and taste of my drinks. I cannot wait to go back and try more of their creative drinks.

Had a great experience at Bubbleology. Recently went there and my taste buds still cannot get over the brown sugar milk and Oreo crush tea.

My experience at bubbleology was good as I was greeted by Sreya at till , she was super cooperative and patient with the customers.. the overall ambience of the kiosk was great as it was raining and was busy yet they managed to serve our drinks in correct time.

I visited bubbleology this week on wednesday and it was such a great experience at the shop.I was greeted by a girl named sreya i like the way she spontaneously recommended me drinks.

Today, my friends and I visited Bubbleology, a new place, and we had an amazing time there. We experienced a few different drinks there, and they were all really delightful, but the raspberry drink was my personal favourite. Mr. Muhammad guides me so well regarding the food. He is really kind and gentle man with a suave demeanour. I'll advise my friend to visit and spend some time here with their loved ones.

Have had bubble tea here before but this time was exceptional. Was served by Ahmed who was very polite and efficient to all customers I noticed and the drink was delicious!

My experience was very good, the person who was on till was super cooperative, his name was Subhan, he told me about tapioca and show me cup sizes. The service was very fast too.

I went to the shop over the weekend and was pleasantly greeted by the girl at the till Nitya. She was great with her customer service and the drink that she suggested to me was also excellent. Overall a good shop to get a drink while you're shopping.

First time i visited Bubbleology and it was great experience visiting Bubbleology. Staff was very friendly and polite.i met with one guy working there Muhammad he helped me to choose "Rose milk". It was very awesome in taste. I liked it very much.

I went to Westfield bubbleology, i encountered a person there who, 's name is Subhan. He was very nice and knowledgeable he told me about all the jellies and bobo and how they are made. He gave all the time, although the cue was long. My experience was superb and i am very happy.
