The attention to detail is INSANE. Every square inch of this fabulous hotel has been finished to the highest standard and I loved everything about it. There's an atmosphere that's friendly and welcoming without feeling overpowering, and the food and drinks are to die for.

The roof top bar is London night life at its finest, and even the smell - literally everywhere - is incredible (and I don't normally notice these things!).

If you want somewhere that feels exclusive and a delightful treat, yet homely and intimate at the same time, book your stay here.

You won't regret it!

First of all, the drinks. They're fine. They're not bad. They're enjoyable and well made. Satisfactory. But don't come here for the drinks, come here because you want to have that satisfactory drink in the most beautiful environment in London.

This is a Wes Anderson movie brought to life. The colours are beautiful and everything is perfectly made with great attention to detail. There's not a hair out of place anywhere. Granted it's brand new, but it's clear how much work has gone into making it look this way. And it's the only place where you can experience something that feels more modern, rather than older hotels with a more old fashioned style.

We visited the rooftop bar on a Saturday afternoon. Love this new spot and can't wait to come back in summer to enjoy the balcony, the decor is worth the visit alone and they make a mean cocktail. We were lucky to get seated at the bar, if you want a table you might need to book as it started to get busy closer to sat evening.

You will not regret splashing out to spend a night at this glorious hotel. The maximalist interiors are a feast for every sense, the signature scent is luscious and welcomes you on each floor, every single detail you can think of is catered to in the stunningly-appointed rooms, the shower is the best I've ever experienced, and finally, the staff are simply wonderful. Honestly, this incredible experience is worth every penny - it's the best hotel I've stayed at in years.

Staying at the Broadwick Hotel in Soho was a truly delightful experience. The hotel boasts a beautiful and chic interior decor that exudes sophistication. The customer service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

One highlight of my visit was dining at the hotel’s restaurant, Dear Jackie. The food was nothing short of amazing, and I was particularly blown away by the “Roast Veal, Tonnato, Capers, Crispy Shallot” dish. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was as impressive as the taste.

Overall, the Broadwick Hotel is fantastic combination of elegance, great customer service, and outstanding culinary delights. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a memorable and luxurious stay in the heart of Soho.

What a delight to walk into the Broadwick on February 14th and be greeted warmly by the doorman and be ushered into the bar downstairs. Hannah and Benjamin both looked after us and were charming and engaging and love where they work and what they do. This was very refreshing and also exciting as it is so very rare. No robotic or obsequious service to be found here. I am going back on Friday with another friend to Flute and Dear Jackie and I am very much looking forward to it.

Absolutely wonderful, eccentric and theatrical experience staying at the Broadwick in Soho for work. We loved the attention to detail, the service and all the amazing artwork.

We have booked for us personally over the Xmas and New Year period and are already excited to come back.

Special mention to Kevin who checked us in and Patricia who helped plan a wonderful week getaway in London for going to see Moulin Rouge. The whole team was wonderful and so professionally trained.

The Broadwick is a fantastic new hotel set in the heart of Soho. It’s well located, has excellent food, the staff are great and the rooms/decor of the place is to die for, to top it all off they have an amazing roof top bar. I would highly recommend!

Best service in London.

Went there for my pre birthday brunch/drink. Had the best time ever. I decided to go because of the interior design of the space, went there before I confirmed my booking, they gave me a small tour of the restaurants/bars within the hotel. I booked both the restaurant and the bar with them. I’m usually picky about service, they didn’t give me any room to have even the smallest complaint. I would come back anytime for any occasion without doubts!

The food was good as well. The interior design is top notch. My new fav spot in london.

We went to Flute and had the best night.
The interior is stunning ans every little detail worked to perfection.
It is really tough in London to find a venue that nails food, drinks, service and interior.
Flute left us speechless and happy on all levels.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly, greeted me warmly, and the care given was exceptional. The entire Team at the hotel were so highly pofessional, it made me feel right at home. Iintrigued by all the amazing art on display thoughout, I had the great opportunity to meet Kevin, a lovely gentleman who kindly offered to show me around and shared his knowledge regarding every room with each own's incredible piece of art displayed. The hotel's exceptional service, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction have easily earned my trust and loyalty.

I am rarely totally BOWLED OVER in London. But I have to say this new and utterly beautiful hotel has left me astounded.

The staff are incredibly professional, enthusiastic and adorable; thank you Natalie, Jay, Manuel, Joshua, etal!

The food is...bloody excellent. I really was so impressed from the delicious starters to the exceptional pasta (from an English chef, who knew?!) to the perfectly cooked Veal chop. I could have eaten everything again.

This place is no more expensive for dinner than most places in the area, but the tastes are million times more exciting!

If I could recommend ONE PLACE to eat or sleep this year it would have to be 20 Broadwick. I think you should go before you can't get a booking....If you wait you'll know what I mean!

But the rest of the hotel is gorgeous. Beautiful restaurant and lovely food. The upstairs bar is gorgeous too with great snacks.

The best luxury "pad" to stay at when in London. Cool rooms, amazing architecture and design and toiletries from Ortigia of Sicily!! If I could afford it I would stay here every day!

We had some drinks at the roof bar. Service and drinks were great. Interior design was beautiful. Prices are high. I would love to visit again soon.
