I recently had the opportunity to visit JD Sports in London and my experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I stepped into the store, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the staff. They were all very friendly and approachable, making me feel comfortable and at ease.

The store itself was well-organized and easy to navigate. I was impressed by the wide selection of sportswear and equipment available. There were options for all types of sports and activities, from running to football to yoga. The products were of high quality and from popular brands, and there were also some exclusive items that I couldn't find in other stores.

What stood out the most for me was the exceptional customer service. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and were able to provide helpful recommendations based on my needs. They also went above and beyond to assist me in finding my size, and even checked their stock in the back when they didn't have my size on the shelves. This level of service really made a difference and showed that they truly care about their customers.

Another highlight of my visit was the checkout process. The staff members at the checkout were efficient and friendly, making the process quick and hassle-free. They also offered me a loyalty card and explained the benefits of being a member, which I found to be a great addition to my shopping experience.

No doubt why this shop is very popular, mainly amongst youngsters, is very appealing, nice, clean, vibrant. And is not only for young people they have womens, mens and children items as well. Like all this kind of shoe shops is very busy, but the employees are very dynamic and they have a good system to bring your shoes fairly quick. They have a device that they scan on the shoe and let you know immediately is they have it in stock or if they have your size or not
Amazing! I always see people queing and it's because they have a very good selection of shoes and merchandise that is well display. My new option for buying sneakers and trainers. So far so good.

Aneesha over at customer service was so helpful and amazing. She went above and beyond to assist me. Her attitude was simply welcoming and brilliant and evident as she quickly resolved my problem. I was truly impressed by her dedication and outstanding customer service skills. I will definitely recommend Aneesha and this company to others.

I recently utilized the jersey printing service on the 3rd floor and was genuinely impressed by the level of professionalism demonstrated by the young employee. Their seamless assistance throughout the process, from explaining details to providing insightful consultations, resulted in flawless execution. I was truly pleased with the entire experience.

Karhma'lle was working in the mens footwear today from the flag ship store and did a great job today severing. Good customer service.

Number one favourite shop for majority of my kit.

Coming here to leave a review for one of the managers at this JD named ‘Leila’ (im sorry if I misspelled your name) - I was met with some altruistic customer service during an extremely busy Friday afternoon from this lovely young lady. People like this who are kind for nothing in return are so rare nowadays, so I wanted to leave a few kind words about her - promote her to CEO or something!

Amazing attention and customer service, Member of staff stepped up and acted on behalf of the paying customers and opened another changing room when complaints of long waiting times from another. After which a supervisor had confronted him about his proactive actions.

I got very good service and the trainers I got were brilliant for the price

Staff were so nice especially sherryl hopefully I spelt her name right sorry if I didn’ttt she’s so amazing thanks to her I actually purchased the converses she’s a tall beautiful lady wears a hijab and is Egyptian she’s literally amazing me and my mom loved her was really sweet helped us get the right size in the end she really needs to be recognised for her hard work !
