POP MART Soho Store

A fun and quirky little figurine store. This is without a doubt a new trend in the rising. We had to buy one of the sealed little boxes just to try it. Keep your kids away, or they will get addicted. Thanks for the friendly chat as well. We might have to come back. :)

We just love this store! There is just a joy in opening a suprise box. We would always make sure to drop by everytime were around that area.

In the evenings, especially on weekends, the place tends to get crowded, so I would recommend visiting earlier and/or during the week.

A little tip: there are other ways to buy Pop-Mart figures in London if the series you want is sold out in the shop: at the so-called 'roboshops' (or vending machines) - Just google them :)
Unfortunately, I was unlucky enough to only find out about the machines on our last day in London & the machine we went to on last minute was unfortunately defective. I would have loved to have one of 'The Warmth' series :/

The store was clean , tidy , modern , small , organised and unique which is amazing because it is the Stratford mall. The staff are friendly , responsive , respectful , knowledgeable , professional , attentive , sociable , well mannered , well prepared , well organised and efficient with the anything that they face which shows how determined they are to make sale with their amazing product. The product is good , creative , unique , artistic , vibrant , amazing and worth £9.99 because it is interesting mystery box with something that will be eye grabbing. I have been there for the first time and and they knew everything about their products with confidence and determination to show off how good it is with a smile. You need to go there and buy it because if you don’t then you will regret it until you go to buy something from there which will put a smile on your face. My niece will enjoy these collectibles toys and she will have a good time with them.

The staff was very nice, collectibles are great. So anyways, I will absolutely come again.

Ordered few blind boxes online and they arrived quickly, Unfortunately, there was a issue with the figure, but the CS - Helen was very helpful and she solved the problem quickly!!!

Beauitfuly curated store full of novelty colectible blind boxes. Good tip make sure you like everyone in the collection of the blind box you chose so you can never be disappointed- Great fun we get one each time we come to SOHO.

I found Mogic UK on Instagram and bought via online shopping. Their Fairy Zoe line caught my attention and piqued my curiosity. I have stopped collecting many, many, many years ago but their product sparked something in me again. These are very unique collectibles and although there are similar products out there, nothing is quite like what I’ve seen from their collection so far. Anyways, I got myself a blind box and of course I had a preference. I did not get what I really wanted but the excitement of opening the box not knowing what you’ll get is quite an experience in itself as well. I am still pleased with the one I got. Their customer service online (live chat option) is amazing! I only waited a few minutes for my queries to be answered and this was late at night too! Needless to say I am hooked! I can see myself saving and buying more from this shop❤

Really nice store. Small but has everything, lots of figures and also many new ones. I had much fun picking some out and the staff was very nice. Spent like over a 100£ here but its worth it. Would come back if I could. Also there weren‘t many people, I was there at like 2:30 on a Friday.

Love this shop! Great store with really cute figurines! i went here 3 times during my trip to England and every single time the staff were all so nice and talkative!

Great assortment of figurines. They are made to a very high standard. The only negative is that collecting them can get addictive - they are just too cute!

There was a Clash Of Clans figurine limited time once, my friend got the Hog Rider!!! 😱There was this one staff worker - she was wearing pinkish pastel themed clothing, very cool and kawaii! SHEESH!!! 💯💀🔥😬👍

I love it there, full of cuteness. The staff is also super friendly. I went there on a Tuesday early afternoon and there were only a couple of people and then they were gone. So while trying to find the stuff my kid wanted, I chatted with the lady helping me out. It was wonderful 😊
