The first time I stayed in a pub accommodation. Am pleased to say it exceeded my expectations. The Pub feels rustic and comfy downstairs. The rooms are basic, clean and comfortable. And slept well.

I do agree with one of the other reviews. If a lone woman returning in late evening, walking through the well lite lane can be a little daunting. Luckily, I had my partner with me

An excellent example of a friendly and hospitable local public house in Ealing town centre. This pub provides excellent service, televised sporting events and reasonably priced food and drink selections. Well worth a visit and kids can sit outside in the seated area.

Rooms were warm and cosy everything you need. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Location was amazing just round the corner from shopping centre and a short walk to bus and trains. Would definitely stay there again. ☺

Lovely, cozy little pub. It's not too big, excessively loud, or busy since it's more aimed at locals and working professionals within this residential area and I have been told they also offer nice accomodation for those who need it, although these book out fast. We came in as a small group for a few cheeky pints after work, and the staff were friendly and accomodating throughout to all of us. They also have a large display towards the middle of the pub for showing any big matches/games on too.

Enjoyed a Sunday lunch in here recently. Tasty carvery food and the staff were super friendly. A bit of a hidden gem being tucked away behind the broadway.

Had a fabulous time when I stayed in March close to shops and train station, lovely food, comfortable rooms and lovely staff 😁

Went to the kings for a few drinks and some pool. The staff were very friendly especially Chris. He made me and my friends feel at home with his 10/10 customer service. This man needs a raise tbh. Il be recommending this pub to everyone. Thanks for having us.

Great pub in the outskirts of Ealing with a great pool table, beer selection and a carvery. The most Christmassy pub from December 1st onwards, really lovely place.

Nice sharing platter for two and tasty chilli chips which was a nice big bowl. Good price for a bottle of wine too.

Lovely lunch served by very friendly staff, also our dogs loved the treats. Food delicious and atmosphere very friendly.

Sunday carvery was out of this world. Perfectly roasted meats and perfect veggies along with it. Massive portions. Haven't had a roast like that in a long time

We stayed here as we were going to England v Brazil and Wembley. Very convenient (too far to walk but £10 in a taxi) room 2 is huge, airy and very comfortable. Bed is large and lovely. Staff are brilliant and welcoming and the food is good too. If I could give 4.5 I would do as the breakfast offering is minimal with no hot food available, but that’s a really minor thing. The only noise was at chucking out time, but we had our windows open which probably didn’t help. We’d certainly use here again if we were going to Wembley. Thanks guys, really good experience.

I love this pub. It does a Sunday carvery, which is super tasty and really good value. They let you hire the back room for free. It has lots of screens for watching sport but not in a really obtrusive way if you're just there to chat. Most of the screens are independently controlled so e.g. you can be watching rugby while others are watching football/F1. It's off the beaten track so the atmosphere is friendlier than other pubs. The drinks selection is good and the staff are really helpful. What more could you want?! Perfect :)

What a lovely place to stay. If you are more of a hotel inspector wannabe then the rooms aren't for you as they are small and not decorated in a modern way. The Kings Arms suited us perfectly, as we just needed a quiet nights sleep. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and hospitable, couldn't ask for more really. The full English breakfast was lovely and served at convenient times. All in all I would highly recommend staying here.

My wife and I hired the room at the back for our daughters 1st Birthday party, the team at the kings arms really went above and beyond. Firstly, they accommodated for additional space required for our soft play which allowed plenty of room for the children to enjoy. Secondly, they allowed us (and helped us) to decorate the room to our preference. Lastly and most importantly, the food and service was amazing. They catered perfectly for the size and diversity of the group, from meat eaters to vegans, to the kids/toddlers. My wife and I would highly recommend and will be back in the future!

I went for Sunday lunch which was fantastic! There is a large selection of delicious roasts at the carvery which come with all the trimmings and you get a huge plate of food! Staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely visit again.
