Me and my wife were assisted by a lovely member of staff with spectacles and short black hair. Truly such a lovely and helpful attitude which was so refreshing.

Always a super easy experience when using DHL international shipping at Ryman Ealing. Same staff for years, and they’ve always been helpful and accommodating.

Amazing customer experience....the front end lady understood relationship and how to connect...unusual for the retail world.....today went in and met Angela ( one of the team )....wisdom and common sense advice I received from her today was again a surprise ....I don't know how staff are chosen but there is a quality of " attention " and sense of " well being " ...interaction is alive and there is always a connection in some way ? ...Ealing needs more stores like this where there is a genuine "alive "sincere quality of interraction...particularly in these times when "me," takes precedence over the " we" ....hands off to the recruitment process and or the manager ."..it"s a shop of alchemy"..you are somehow changed/ inspired by the Genies in there like Angela and the whole team...I hope senior management re cognise this ..thankyou

Fantastic service. Really helped us with printing and had several services for this. The young girl was amazing. Great customer service!

Amazing service! I sent in a 480 page printing order late last night and although my pick up slot was not until 11am, I was able to pick it up early. Staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had it early as I needed it for class. Highly recommend the printing service!!
