O2 Shop London - Ealing

We visited the shop to transfer from old phone to the new Samsung FE23 and just cannot praise enough the wonderful service and assistance we received from Selina. She was absolutely brilliant and so on the ball about what else was going on in the shop and promptly attended to all people who walked in. What a lovely pleasant change to get the best customer service one could. Keep up the good works Selina.

Super friendly staff, specifically Rakesh is very knowledgeable sales person for giving right options for new customers. Much appreciated his customer service when we buy Samsung Z Fold 5

I was really unhappy that I had to go to a physical O2 store, due to the incompetence of the online team, but Zahra in the Ealing Broadway store was an angel. She was so helpful and showed great customer service skills, and empathy. Managers, make sure that you hold on to her!

Now absolutely brilliant. Finally we got everything sorted out. Kamil - one of the customer services agent went ABSOLUTELY above and beyond. Many many thanks 😊

I've visited this store today with my mum who had some issues with her phone.
I don't think I've ever had such a great experience in a phone shop before.
We were served by a lovely lady, I forgot to take her name, which I regret because I'd love to give a huge shoutout to her. We spent a long time in the shop as we couldn't pair the old phone and the new phone to transfer the data... But time flew by with her really.
Thanks again, hopefully we won't need to be back with another phone issue, but if we do, we will definitely be back to this store.

I'm retired ,you can not feel the mobile in your hand any more I think in next few years display will disappear and you will have photos only.

Romey was brilliant as well. Try to offer me a good deal on sim and broadband. Unfortunately, signal strength issue at my work place, opt out of being a 02 customer. But; I would be back some point. Top stuff.

These guys are amazing. Kamil is super man!

They were short staffed but were really trying hard to see everyone. They also did not trick anyone to buy anything they didn't need unlike the scum franchise store in West Ealing and Hounslow.

Really good service helped me relatively quick and resolved the issue. I had little expectation in the shop after reading the reviews but it looks like they got a lot better.

I lost my sim card (long story) and i had to get a new one. It may have been a fluke, but my wait time was not more than 20 minutes from start to finish. Helpful staff (young man - slim and black) served me. He got me back online as soon as he could and was very reassuring. I give this O2 store a big thumbs up and this is down to customer service 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
