I came into Pets at Home today in Segensworth looking for a pet cage for our cat who had been hit by a car this week and needs cage rest. The 3 lads at work today (26/05/23) went completely above and beyond to ensure I had what I needed and had the discounts I was entitled to. One of the lads helped me download the Pets at Home app and added my details in it for me and another one carried the pet cage to my car - he wouldn’t even consider letting me do it. Thank you so much for helping me and being so cheerful. I’m sorry I didn’t catch your names but I hope you realise how much your efforts were appreciated today.

Ordered Kibble online and collected within an hour. Very friendly staff. No issues, about a good price by today's standards.

Unfortunately, we had to take our dog to be cremated they let us say our good byes and also took his paw print in sand for us and let us know when we could collect him, on the phone they explained about different options and they were very helpful

Visited on Thursday to buy some new dog food to our puppy on as she had been continuously vomiting since we got her. I asked for some advice on the different types to food to help with making a choice are there are so many options and I wasn’t sure what would be best for her. The staff get training on nutrition and Becca was absolutely amazing. She took time to ask about our puppy and what the problem was, explained what all the different ingredients are, the pros and cons as well as sharing her own experiences. Really helpful and genuinely cared. Thank you Becca for everything!! Pets are home Newgate Lane will be our choice of store from now on!

A great place to find pet supplies.

Friendly staff who are knowledgeable about the products and keen to help. Good range of pet stuff in stock, but then it's a pet shop, so you kind of expect that, don't you? You can also take your animals in with you, and all the staff seem to be animal lovers too.

Looked after our cat with diabetes, friendly, very helpful staff couldn't fault them.
