Overall, my experience was positive. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable.

During the check-up, the dentist was thorough in the examination and took the time to explain her findings to me in a clear and understandable manner.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided at Fareham Road Dental Surgery and would not hesitate to recommend it to others seeking quality dental care.

We had appointments with Mrs Kalsi this morning. She is always smiling and welcoming. She has been very understanding as I am suffering with a balance issue and can’t lie flat she has been so helpful. Today’s appointment was how she always is. Thank you.

My first time of meeting the dentist (Will) ,i really liked him, he was very imformative and professional, i trusted him and felt at ease immediately, the assistant was lovely too.

A very good experience. Mr Shilaker is very professional and was careful and gentle when he worked on my two fillings. The anaesthetic was very effective and I didn't feel any pain. The anaesthetic was beginning to wear off as I was on my way home and had gone completely a couple of hours later. I felt confident of my treatment and my new work is settling down well.

I saw Melanie at Fareham Road dental surgery for the first time for a hygienist appointment. She was so welcoming, and was happy to listen to any concerns I had.
She was extremely knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.
I will look forward to my next visit in 6 months time 😁

Always a good experience at every visit to the Surgery. Staff very welcoming and polite. I've never been a fan of going to the dentist, but since becoming a client here I always known I'll get treated nicely and any treatment is carried out with care.

Called this morning for an emergency appointment and was able to be seen by lunchtime. When I arrived they were running a little late but that’s understandable and not a cause for complaint. Staff are always polite and helpful and dental practitioners are friendly and professional. I’ve always had a positive experience coming here.

My treatment was excellent (as it always is) and each stage of the treatment was explained fully to me. I have been attending this Dental Surgery now for over 40 years and have been very impressed by the standard of treatment and consideration given to clients. Thank you.

No problem at all , i have a wonderful dentist it was so nice to see Miss Somani as she has been on maternity leave, very caring.This has been my dentist since 1973 Best dental practice can't fault it

Appointment only made on 9th February for 12 February as I had a problem check up completed. Dentist was thorough and explained everything as he went along made a plan for future visits and treatment As always excellent service from this practice. I know I am very lucky to still be an NHS patient

I came for my regular check-up And received prompt treatment from the welcoming and friendly staff, I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist (unfortunately they are not taking NHS patients only private ones)

Had an emergency appointment, all the staff were so helpful and accommodating, turned out I needed antibiotics.
Brilliant treatment as usual.

Lovely, warm, family friendly dental surgery! I couldn’t recommend enough especially for those with children, first time nerves or anxiety. They were fantastic. My 6 year old has gone from being terrified to he can’t wait for his next visit.

Went in to resolve a broken tooth.
The surgery has limited parking but I have yet to have an issue parking. It is a clean bright welcoming place and ghe staff are friendly.
The dentist checked my tooth having reviewed my notes and provided the options. Not only did he resolve the tooth he did some extra work on worn teeth and a scrap/clean as well sll within the same charge.
All in all despite being a dentist I am really happy with the treatment and the surgery and would thoroughly recommend the surgery and staff 😀

Excellent dental practice where we've always been afforded the utmost care with check ups and treatments, and staff are always a pleasure to deal with and helpful. My mum has dementia, and they afford her great dignity in supporting her continuing her care and with their interactions with her.
