Great Costa, we’ll located. Ample parking, and rarely get too busy. Outside seating and toilets too. Staff are fantastic, friendly and even know the locals by name and there orders. Shows their attention and attitude… great to see.
Stock levels tends to be a bit hit and Miss but that’s not there fault, but I’ve learned always to ask if you don’t see what you want … it might just be squirrelled away out back…. Worth a visit if you want Costa and are passing. 👍🏻

Great coffee and cake, as usual. Friendly staff, willing to chat and tell us (my 9 year old) about the machines they use!

If you've been to a Costa before you know what to expect. I visited in the morning. The staff were friendly, the coffee good, and the tables/floor were clean. It was good to note that my table was cleared promptly, something not always done in other Costas. The only slight downside to my visit... there were no almond croissants!

This was our first visit to Costa in Farnham. The staff were so lovely and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. I wish that the staff works and all the other customers in Southampton because the staff here are definitely Costa flagship material. Thank you so much !

The staff here have always been great, and considering they were flat out we we visited, they were all very friendly.

As well as the drinks being well made we were very impressed by the cleaning standards demonstrated at this store. When cleaning the tables they also cleaned the chairs which you don't always see in all stores! Was pleased to make the lady aware who, like all the staff working during our visit, delivered excellent customer service.

I've never yet found a Costa I didn't like, this one is in what at first sight seems a slightly oddball place, in the corner of a small out of town shopping estate. However, it is within walking distance of a major naval training base. Not at all a dumb location. Fully up to usual Costa standards, comfortable, but not too expensive, good coffee. Now with M&S snacks, though I have not yet tasted them.

Great customer service, good food and drink choice, very clean and well laid out. Staff doing a great job with the present circumstances at keeping everyone safe but unfortunately you still get rude customers who think that rules don't apply to them! Keep going Costa Fareham you're doing a great job 😊

Always a good coffee. In again today, great latte, extra hot single shot skinny latte and a bacon roll.

This place is good to go for coffee and lunch, always good service, Costa prices you know and expect, always a good atmosphere.

I personally always enjoy coming here, it's always a good spot to take a bit of time out of your day, for lunch/brunch etc

Staff in this costa are always so friendly and the two girls on this morning spoke to every single customer and made them feel welcome. Lovely sitting in here listening to the amazing customer service.

I'm a Costa convert. Great coffee. When I drove into the car park I thought this cafe was closed at it looks so dark from outside. Had a takeaway so can't really comment on atmosphere etc.

Absolutly love this place The manageress is very friendly and polite, there is also a young lad that is very polite aswel. we visit usually once a week and the manageress knows our order straight away. Friendly clean and just a friendly atmosphere. Really recommend this costa. They also have the time to explain about there app as we found it abit confusing at first, but they are always there to help you sort it out. Great staff. 100/100. Defo keep the staff they are fantastic, wont go no where else

Lovely clean restaurant. I forgot my coat and returned the next day and the staff were fantastic. They were even going to check cctv to see who left it if it hadn’t been claimed! Amazing!!

Handy as I work nearby. Love the ice caramel latte. I often buy lunch but have to get there early as I'm vegetarian and the veggie options sell out. The mozarella wrap is yummy
