Purchased a few toys over the weekend for my daughter, one of the toys was faulty and when I called on Monday spoke to the manager called Conor who straight away offers me a refund or a replacement, when I came into store I was dealt very efficiently, the staff including Conor was Fantastic, very friend and polite, customer service was outstanding, I would highly recommend this store in Westfield

Wonderful store. Like a toy heaven. Bright and very nice atmosphere in store. Staff were friendly and approachable. Asked if I needed any help and was left to browse in peace with my kids running around in amazement at all the toys everywhere.

Store was nicely laid out with everything surprisingly neat and tidy. Toys all had a price label.

My kids loved this store and had a long list of things they wanted. Some products a lot more expensive than other retailers and some are a lot cheaper. Just have to shop around a bit.

Made a few purchases and enjoyed our visit. Would shop here again.

Great toy store with lots of options for all ages. Also a wide variety of toys and boardgames. A wide range of prices as well as toy sizes . Very friendly staff and fast tellers. Highly recommended.

Really nice and big. Lots of toy promotions on at the moment. Bonus its open until 9pm!

Bought this dinosaur from there. They have a lot of toys for different ages. Also bought via Amazon a toy from them named LuvaBella. A lovely doll interacting like a real baby. Have lots of sensors built it. You can feed her, play with her. I recommend LuveBella

Very helpful staff and the store was well organised and stocked. Because they are so well stocked, it can get dangerous if you bring your kids, or are an adult with disposable income to burn cause there is so many things you want and can get from there.

I'll happily go back there to get more "gifts".

Great selection of toys and very competitively priced, cheaper than Amazon. The kids had an absolutely great time here. Shame they close on Sundays, I appreciate the staff need a break but work in shifts and provide customers the opening hours they need.

One of the few remaining brick and mortar toy stores. Support brick and mortar stores, children need to see and handle their toys not just see it on a screen. Don't rob your child of their innocence by not taking them to a toy store. Great friendly staff there to help you with your needs.

Very nice shop always they are having offers and cutting the price

The layout of the shop should base on age . For example 6 months to 1 year old should be in one section and 1 year old to 2 year old in next section and so on for other age . But at moment all ages are mixed

Love this shop , went to buy family a few gifts and ended up wanting to buy for me.

I have given them a 5 only because it wasn't busy and it was relatively tidy and the young man who served me was great! My grandson left happy because of the young man's efforts! I left happy also. 🤘🏽

Service was very good, got some good value items for my little one. The cashier lady was very nice and remind me the item I bought is buy one get one for free or otherwise I miss the free item. Appreciate the info!

It was very busy which was to be expected of a bank holiday Monday. Staff were very helpful, pointed me in the right direction of what I asked for and the queue went down very quickly.
