Laguna Performance Centre

So I came to Lagunas after seeing a beautiful second hand Ducati!
After speaking with Chris and Andrew, I went over for a test ride and decided to buy!! These guys are awesome!!! I’m so happy with my purchase!!! I’m sure they be seeing a lot more of me! Thanks again guys!!!

A fantastic place, unfortunately not on a main road. A fantastic selection of motorbikes on offer, at very competitive prices. Plenty of accessories to chose from, including leathers, helmets and bits for your bike ( sorry, I sound like a sales person!).
On the day I visited, Shane "Shakey" Byrne was there, chatting and signing autographs. The only let down, was that my Wife wouldn't let me leave with a £20k bike that caught my eye!

Very friendly and helpful team. Made my life very easy and nothing was too much trouble.

I've been a customer of Laguna Motorcycles since 1992 and always had a good relationship with them. Their Performance Centre made a recent swap from one bike to a new one really easy. Good trade in price, cracking communication along the way, Garry Hunt in sales was absolutely spot on and well worth speaking to. His experience and knowledge shone through, making my purchase much easier. Dealers often get undue criticism, but I can't fault the guys here in any way.

They dealt with my query about my first time bike Accessories and Clothing Kit, went into detail about things that will work and or be a better fit for the style of riding that I’ll be doing.

Went ABOVE & BEYOND what was needed, absolutely out of the box thinking, support, care & Honesty!

They don’t take their customers for granted, helpful till the end whether there’s a sale or not.

I was honoured to have had such a great experience and will continue to do so in coming years I couldn’t be more thankful for their help on my bike knowledge needs.

Great service from all the staff - sales, clothing and the service team. Made a great saving on the bike which enabled me to buy two Shoei helmets. Very pleased indeed!

Just had my new V4 multistrada delivered . Chris Turner at Laguna Performance has been outstanding .
He has made the process of trade in and configuring new bike so easy.
Liam who brought the bike to me was a really nice lad and couldn’t have been more helpful.
Overall this is what you call good service and would definitely recommend these guys

Bought a used bike and the service was amazing. Helpful from the first call, all the way to delivery. Chris was extremely helpful answering questions via email almost immediately.

Just had ny KTM in for some work. Superb friendly service from Bill and they guys as usual.

Took my bike in for a service by them , great service as usual and would recommend them to anyone who needs any bike work done , will be looking forward to using them again 100%

Always friendly and happy to help. A decent selection of clothes and other items for your bike. A good selection of Ducati, KTM and Kawasaki's. I've bought a few bikes from them and have always been looked after.

My experience at laguna performance centre recently has been great. Two bike purchases that were flawless and Ive had two or three quirks with my bikes recently (stuff that is well out of a dealerships control, and is purely down to manufacturing quirks) and the workshop team have been super quick and efficient in sorting out the problem. 5 stars and many thanks.

Absolutely delighted with the service today, they spotted a critical problem with my bike and assisted me in fixing it, super professional and helpful team. I have no hesitation in recommending LPC

My H2 was picked up and dropped of at my house by Bill after getting serviced, MOTd, new tyres fitted and camchain recall. Superb service good price and bike was immaculate 5 star service

Loved the place for my MOT, plenty of sports & dirt bikes to look at, KTM, Ducati, and Kawasaki, no cruisers.
The staff are friendly, and willing.
All in all a nice experience for my first visit.

Fantastic deal on a Ducati Scrambler 800 and amazing service! Managed to provide a bike an a exception price and to my desired specification. Any questions I had were answered and couldn't of asked for better service. Big thanks to the team, especially Andy! Definitely be a returning customer!

As a Ducati owner this place is a regular visit for me. Usually just to browse the bikes and dream but on this occasion i needed a part. The staff were helpful and friendly and they managed to track down the part and get it ordered in for me. Good amount of parking outside. Only down side is the wait for any work to be done i was told 3 weeks before i could get a tyre fitted which i thought was a tad excessive. Managed to get it done elsewhere sooner which was a shame as their prices were good and i like to support local businesses when i can.

Just had a service on my KTM 1290SA-S, chuffed to bits :-) With Lockdown and restrictions I could not get the bike over there so they offered to collect/return it. Bike was returned all serviced, and to top it off it was all nice and clean. An expensive way to get a bike cleaned, but much appreciated. Thanks
