I was happy with my experience at Toyota today. Olly and Charlie were very friendly. Charlie was very patient and gave me a lot of his time with showing me the new car including the new tech and safety features as well as with discussing the financial details of a new deal. The sales manager, Kevin, gave me extra details too which was nice. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff was excellent.

I was not prepared to go through with a deal today. However, I will keep my options open and keep an eye out for the next Toyota event later on in the year.

Excellent service from Stuart. He initially helped guide us on how best to sell on our MR2 Roadster and then was a great help to us in choosing a nice used Aygo X as our replacement vehicle. I cannot recommend Stuart enough. After a very patchy start and a bit of an ordeal with an extended wait for my new Yaris caused by an ex-employee, Stuart stepped in to pick up the pieces and has bent over backwards to make sure I was looked after and kept in the know.

Fantastic service from Danny at Steven Eagell, Toyota Ashford. I was looking for a car for my daughter and he was able to offer an excellent deal on an Aygo. We discussed everything on the phone, sorted all the paperwork over email. We were 270miles away from the dealership, Danny drove the car over 160miles to make it easier for us to do the handover. The car presented immaculately, freshly valeted and he even filled the tank up so we could get home. He went the extra mile to get the deal done and provide excellent customer service.

I had my mothers car in for an investigation into a clutch issue, the service advisor kyle was very polite, helpful and explained the results of the investigation perfectly. The only slight downside was that when the vehicle was returned to me the threaded gear knob on the vehicle was not tightened all the way so it would rotate when I changed gears however this is an easy mistake to make and didn't affect my satisfaction with the service. highly recommend
