Great to finally sit indoors at Pausa Cafe and have lunch. Great value for money and £12 for 2 drinks and 2 meals. PLEASE BE PATIENT as like all other shops the staff have to work in restricted environment behind screen so be kind, be patient and be understanding.

I was very impressed by the excellent help Assistant Olivia gave me. I am disabled and she searched for me to find the item I was after. She went way beyond the call of duty and is a credit to Dunelm. I left with a beautiful bedspread and pillow cases. Thank you, Olivia. Your kindness made such a difference to what had been a daunting task but ended up a very successful shopping experience!

Lots of lovely soft furnishing. The cafe has a vegan option.

Boots is the same as always only problem.pharmacy lunch is 2 to 3 so workers can get the scripts but finish work at 2 it's a long wait

I had to make some returns today and the 2 ladies that served me were more than helpful. They both made the return process stress free and helped me with a new purchase.

They always have something new and unusual., across the store.
Just love to browse but always manage to buy something.
Yet to try the cafe.
Staff always friendly.
Great they have a fabric section.

Excellent store situated over 2 floors.
Great selection of bedding everything from quilts to quilt sets to cover all pockets. Matching curtains or get them made . All items for the kitchen. on the top floor a restaurant and toilets.
Rugs , carpets everything in fact to give your house a interior makeover. Helpful friendly staff. Well worth a visit.
