Have just completed sale of my fathers property using Evolution. Big thanks to Andrew Bush, Siobhan and all the team for their prompt and professional help from valuation to sale. This included realistic appraisal and appealing marketing to show the property in it's best light. I cannot recommend Evolution properties enough for selling our house. Their customer service and communication is amazing. Andrew kept us updated with when viewings were and gave us feedback from the viewings very soon after. He also fought for us in price negotiations with the buyer when the first offer was submitted. Siobhan then handled the sale of our property after an offer was accepted and again her communication was amazing and kept us updated. All the staff ant Evolution answered any questions we had no matter how ‘stupid’ they seemed with complete professionalism throughout! Will definitely consider using them again when looking for a property to rent/ buy or sell again!

We recently moved to Ashford as a family of 4. I was so worried to move to an entirely different area, specially with 2 kids. Literally to the unknown.
After assessing that Ashford is such a lovely area to live, Evolution Properties made the journey of finding a property suitable for a family of 4 very smooth and easy, in my opinion.
Throughout the first six months of our tenancy, we had a couple of hiccups with the boiler and a radiator valve for instance. Evolution Properties reaction to solve issues is incredibly quick! Problems solved in matter of hours. Great service without doubts.

We met Mr. Roy Fever, the owner of Evolution Properties in June/July, 2021, for the rent of a residential 4 bedroom house in Ashford.

He struck us as very hands on and experienced property professional. Very easy to relate with. We were sure that we were in very good hands.
