Bad customer service. The indian guy is very rude. Shouting at me when he can explain it nicely. Don't have good manners. Why its always the immigrant are the rude one and the local English people are the nice one . If i keep sending parcel there it's because the 2 ladies there are always nice and friendly, they never been rude to me ever since. But don't worry if I'm ban using hermes there no problem. :)
