Without doubt, an exceptional company who went far beyond what one might expect, in terms of service and support. Following a totally inept performance from my (Austrian) breakdown service and their contract with a well-known British breakdown service, Ashford Recovery stepped up and enabled me to resume my journey after I was stranded in Dover. They were informative, helpful and resourceful in terms of assisting me locate a repair garage, after repeated failures to do so by the breakdown services I had under contract.

I thoroughly recommend Ashford Recovery and, in particular, must mention Jill who, whilst clearly under the weather with a bad cold, was instrumental in successfully helping me out. Thank you!

If I could give more stars I would. The gentleman who came out to me I believe is new to the business but acted like a complete professional. He's a true asset to the company; a very genuine and kind person who delivered myself and my car swiftly and safety to the garage.

Difficult recovery of large car broken down on my drive. Took ages to manoeuvre onto truck, but done with patience and great attitude... delivered swiftly to local dealership.... really good service.

I had the misfortune to have a puncture on the M20, I called my breakdown recovery insurers, Eversure, and they despatched Ashford Recovery. They arrived quickly, put my car on a low loader, took me to work and changed my tyre outside and called me to collect the key when it was done. What a fabulous service, I cannot fault the operative who was friendly and efficient.

Cannot thank everyone at Ashford Recovery enough. My young son and I were in a very bad accident and had been recovered to the services by the free motorway recovery company. The AA left us stranded for hours not caring that we were very distressed but Ashford Recovery came to our rescue and got us safely home in no time. The driver (Mark) was very kind and made us feel safe after what had been an horrendous day. The office staff were also very kind and courteous when we arrived to pay the bill. I cannot recommend or thank this company enough.

Great service! A friendly guy took the time to diagnose and fix an engine management problem after a breakdown right at Dover passport control. We got our holiday back!

Ashford recovery we’re sent to help me out through my breakdown cover when I got a bad puncture! Unable to fit just a tyre to my car I was then towed back to my local garage 8+ miles away. Made it to me within 35 minutes of the call to my breakdown agents! Polite friendly driver. Made a horrible situation a lot easier to cope with. Thank you!

My family wish to commend Jack (Herne Bay) for his good humour and service on the August Bank Holiday. He was extremely helpful over a long journey and was very patient with traffic congestion. First Class!

On July 2nd my wife needed Ashford Breakdown Services as her car suffered a broken clutch pedal. The breakdown vehicle arrived in a little over 10 minutes and she was so impressed with your service. Unfortunately on route to the garage a fatal accident held them up for a few hours. My wife and I would like to say a big "Thank You" to Elliot who was "Amazing" throughout this difficult time. He was "Brilliant" such good service.

I broke down on the A2 on Tuesday night - luckily Simon from Ashford recovery (who I can’t thank enough) happened to be driving behind me. He made sure my daughter & I was safe off the road until I was able to be towed away.

Ashford Recovery are my heroes. On my way home, late afternoon, cold and getting dark, I saw a tiny baby rabbit, petrified with fear, going round and round in circles in the middle of a very busy main road. As I approached, seeing it defy the wheels of many cars, I felt so incredible sorry for the poor little soul in such a hostile situation. I pulled over at first opportunity in hope of saving it. Just as I legged it up the road towards the poor thing, an Ashford Recovery truck appeared from the slip road. This had to be its demise I thought, against this big vehicle and held my breath as I watched helplessly, waiting for the inevitable. Then to my absolute joy, the quick thinking driver of the truck, ground to a halt, immediately switched on his bright hazard lights, and allowed me to get in the road and grab the poor little rabbit. What a hero! Roger is now safe and well thanks to Ashford Recovery.

Kyle was the operative who looked after us. Very polite and very helpful. I would definitely recommend him
