We had an excellent experience with Savills - in particular Beth Corbet who worked with us for over a year to find our dream home and was able to sell our house in parallel. The process was seamless and Beth went over and above to make sure all parties were happy with absolutely everything. Not only is Beth a true professional, she is also an absolute pleasure to be around and very attentive to her clients needs.

Matt Jacques was amazing in helping me find my first property in a very difficult market. He helped me to find a property well-suited to me based on some quite difficult requirements - not once, but twice (after the first sale fell through)! Matt was also incredibly responsive and polite throughout the period from offer through to completion, making sure that the sale progressed but also being sensitive of my time and other commitments. Overall I am thoroughly impressed and will certainly be using Savills in the future.

Moving home is a massive undertaking - both emotionally and financially - and so I'm not exaggerating with my positive review of Harry and the team at Savills. Standout superstar without a shadow of doubt goes to Matt Jacques. When the chain was looking like it was compromised, he held everything together and repeatedly pulled out all the stops - often putting in calls and applying pressure when other providers in the chain (I won't name and shame...actually I will - Strike - they were useless) consistently fell short of the mark. Proactive, excellent communicator, calm under pressure, and wholly empathetic - he is an absolute credit to Savills (management - please take note!). Thanks to him, I have just exchanged and the champagne cork is about to pop. If you're selling in Wandsworth, use these guys and please, please, PLEASE avoid online agents at all costs.

Matt was incredibly professional and knowledgable of all the properties he took us to see. He was equally very accommodating to work around both me and my partners schedules for viewings as we often couldnt’ view them together due to our work schedules.

As we were both first time buyers he helped in making the process as stress free as possible and was never too “pushy” but always contactable when we needed him.

There were a couple of areas that required review when we did the survey on the flat and Matt was very efficient in obtaining the relevant information and queries from the seller.
