Excellent service last year, prompt, efficient. I had to rebook my flight including a cancellation, all handled efficiently. Thus year it was a pleasant surprise to make a random enquiry online about a forthcoming trip to find it was handled by the same Agent, Jennifer whom I had dealt with before.

This man took his time to explain everything to me.I was thinking of trying another place if I could get a better deal.But,this man,Ali was able to convince me to change my mind and buy the tick straight away. Alhamdulillah, just booked Umrah package with brother Muhammad Abubakkar. The service, support and advice from the brother was fantastic. I can wholeheartedly say I would recommend them. He was able to cater for all my families needs. He was very patient as I had to make many changes and also include add ons last minute. We communicated via whatsapp and if needed over the phone.
