Had to drop off a yodel parcel. No issues and easy handling. 10/10 considering a lot of shops have "broken" machines all year round

You can drop off Yodel parcels and also the queue moves quickly

I went to Londis earlier today and was very impressed by the friendly, supportive and professional help I received.

I would definitely recommend them again and again!

Worst shop and customer service. The woman who works there today was incredibly rude. I just wanted to pick up my Yodel parcel and she totally ignored me. She scanned my barcode and told me in a rude way to wait on the side. Then she let everyone else in front of me buying things and when all other customers left the shop I thought that its my turn but not. She took some boxes with vapes and started putting them on the shelves. I asked her where is my parcel,but she did not answer, she just looked at me with the rudest and unpleasen look that I ever seen before. My parcel was there in front of her but she just didn't want to make the effort to give it to me.
Finally I got my parcel but the whole experience I had was horrible. I will never ever enter thus shop and will make sure none of my family and friend do. I also made complaint to Yodel and the company I ordered my parcel .

Such a rude shop owner/assistance. Took a large parcel in for a Yodel delivery saying I needed a receipt please. He repeated the word receipt several times shouting as if this was not normal practice. When I asked if he took in parcels for Yodel his response was eeurgh. He would not take the parcel and made me hold it above my head for scanning and then shouted 'down there' pointing to back of his store. I will never shop in there and will make another complaint to Yodel.

Strongly recommend not sending your parcels here. Staff were unable to find my parcel and appeared to not understand the basic process for parcel collection. It took me returning again after confirming with DHL that the parcel was there and much insistence before I got my parcel.

So incredibly rude. They made me queue for ages when I came to drop off a yodel parcel even though I was with a young baby. They let everyone else in front of me if they were buying things from the shop. Eventually got served and they were so rude, told me to move as I was in the way and refused to scan my bar code until I showed them the parcel which was awkward as it was in the bottom of my pram which they’d made me shove in the corner. I won’t be shopping there or using their parcel services in future

Very bad customer service my the tall Asian man assume he’s the manager very rude.
I’ve seen some drinks reduced on the shelves went to scan at the till came out at £2.50 I showed him the picture of the price he was so rude about it I asked home sought the price out as he carried on raising his voice I simply your ticket system is all over the place as he is displaying incorrect prices of loads of items that they have turned over. There is no control on ticket procedures cannot believe he kept on arguing with me in front of all the customers I can clearly see why people complain about this shop.
One star is too generous

Worst shop ever! Zero customer service. My yodel parcel comes there and there is always an issue with them, even keeping my parcel instead of giving to me whenever I showed them my ID. Thieves! And no organisation AT ALL, this shop should either close down or change owners.

Don't ever take your lotto scratch cards or lotto tickets here to be verified. They will tell you it's a no winner even if you're 100% it is and you validated it yourself. They scam... do not ever use for lotto or purchasing regardless.

Overcharged me for Juul cartridges and refused to give me a refund. Price of item was not displayed on the counter and took my payment without showing me the total price.
I was charged double what I would pay at any other outlet

They don't even deserve 1 star. Young lady who has recently been working at this shopping literally asked me 'what do you want?' when I come here literally everyday to drop off parcels. Was literally incomplete shock, couldn't believe she was talking to me as if I were a dog. Please guys, don't even bother. Better off going somewhere else.
