Excellent hotel. Great beds, ambiance and vibes. The people are so friendly and went out of their way to make sure my
husband and I felt special on our honeymoon. We will certainly be staying here during our next visit to London…

A previously undiscovered gem!
Having never stayed at The Prince Akatoki, we weren’t sure what to expect, so it was a truly pleasant surprise to find this little gem in the middle of bustling Marylebone. Great restaurant, very elegant rooms, and most importantly, the front desk - particular thanks to Clarissa, JP, and Anita, who went above and beyond the call of duty with any request that we had.
We will certainly be back!

I enjoyed this little boutique hotel. The bed and pillows were a dream! Excellent location, felt mostly clean (although my robe had some suspect marks on it). Overall a pleasant experience.

We had trouble with the drain in the tub and asked them to sort it out - they didn’t. So, for USD732.00 (two nights) we had the unpleasant experience of showering with our feet soaking in dirty bath water during the shower. Please fix the drains!

What a fantastic place. From the moment you first walk in, you know that you'll have a lovely experience. The hotel decor is charming, the staff are lovely and professional, and all the amenities are top quality. We loved our room (one bedroom suite) and have nothing but great words to say. The bar was charming.

This could be arguably the best boutique hotel in London especially during winter, amazing staff clean rooms and a great scent throughout the hotel.

We had a brilliant time here , very refined boutique hotel with an air of luxury and Japanese inspired charm. The Japanese cuisine at supper was exquisite and the breakfast choices and taste was good too. Very convenient location to major landmarks in London and shopping, being right in the heart of London.

Recently went for a Mother’s Day afternoon tea at The Prince Akatoki. Not only was it the best afternoon tea I’ve ever had, but the surroundings, the staff, the relaxed atmosphere were all faultless.

Every element was exceptional with amazing fresh tea’s (unlimited) and my Mum enjoyed herself so much it was incredibly memorable. Can’t wait to visit again for some of their sushi and (eventually) try one of the rooms which look incredible. A hidden gem of a hotel that is pure joy with an authentic Japanese flair.

2 mins from Marble Arch. Quiet actually. Ace small dishes. Too many if them, I'm afraid.

We stayed at the Prince Akatoki for our wedding and we were overjoyed by the service we received. Considering all of the behind the scenes difficulties that go into making your day the best possible, the hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and did everything they could to ease the process. Beyond that the room was exceptionally comfortable and the food and bar service sublime.

Stayed there few weeks ago and I must say that from the concierge that welcomed us with an amazing smile to room service was absolutely amazing!!

The highlight was the bar, we managed to meet the F&B Director Francesco a true gentleman he has such an amazing charisma, super welcoming, he explained his Japanese whisky so easily you can really see he loves what he do and can't believe he is Mexican /Italian wow which was even better as we exchange stories about Mexico making our stay very pleasant.

I wish other Directors or staff from other venues could come and see and learn from Francesco and his amazing team !! Thank you again and I'll be seeing you guys definitely soon

This hotel really deserves those 5 stars in all aspects, specially for the fantastic team, they are the true gem of the property. From the very first interaction we already felt extremely looked after, even after that until now they go the extra mile with every single thing you need and take care of every detail. Big shout out to Adrian for helping me to get my luggage back from the airline I flew with, he really did go beyond expectations and I am very grateful for that. We will be back.

Brilliant service. Probably the best I have in England. We had some old notes and the guest assisted us and gave directions on how to change them at the post office. The manager adrian was brilliant as well and really friendly. Will definitely come back to when I am in london again. The night shift staff when I was there from 29th March-2 april were fantastic as well. Breakfast are fantastic as well.

This is probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in, fantastic! The bed was really comfortable and dressing gowns included in the bathroom. All of the staff were very nice and friendly and attentive. The manger Alex ensured we had everything we needed and made us feel very welcome. If you're staying in London, this place is a must! Reasonably priced central hotel and it's in a quiet area too.
The Breakfast in the morning, which was included in the overall cost, was excellent too. I will definitely be back.
