Great service from Kheira - my phone had completely died and she saw me through transferring my data and choosing/setting up a new phone with attentiveness and care. Even though the process itself did take a while, we had a really nice chat and I felt very looked after :)

Wow what a shop. The team is the best. They know what they are doing when it comes to their phones and service. I have been to all the phone shops on Oxford street. This shop blows the rest out of the water. The person the served me was “Khiera” this is the person to see. She was a phone angel. For me got me the best phone and the best deal.⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟

It’s been a tough few months and I’ve really needed some support with my phone I last went into the store just before they closed for lock down ironically I didn’t leave a review but I went back yesterday and saw they were open, Firstly I need to address the last review, I’m pretty sure this customer was in store at the same time as me, I was talking to the manager and he interrupted the conversation on several occasion occasions, raising his voice and being quite rude really, even though the manager let him know that I had arrived first with my family. She then let him know that she will be with him but she was dealing with my query first. Its a shame we can’t review other customers behaviours because the store dealt with him as best as they could I believe, secondly he was complaining about a phone not arriving from China during the beginning of Covid-19 which the staff were trying to explain to him, which I found astounding, that in a rising panic he was still able to lack empathy. Sad really just the fact that I know and remember the scenario showcases how I myself was frustrated at the time with the continuous interruptions while I was being served. To the reason I went into store I’ve had connection issues on and off over the last few months which has been pretty frustrating, I was explained that I was due an upgrade but I’ve decided to see if my connection gets better with the new sim they have given me and the network refresh if not I maybe leaving EE. Reason for my review is I spoke to Sitta I believe, who was exceptionally helpful, he dealt with my query with patience even though initially I was extremely frustrated. Had it not been for him I may already be leaving the Network. So Great service again from the team in this store thank you, just need the cell phone reception to improve now in my area and we are good to go!!

I visited this store when making my way home from work . I initially poped into this EE store to find out my options about upgrading not exspecting to do it on the day due my limited time . However on my visit I was served by a lovely customer assistant called Monika who made it very clear to me of the upgrade deals I had available to me allowing me to save money in the long run. Furthermore Monika was kind enough to advise me to upgraded on that day and made the process as easy as possible. I was also able to receive my new handset on the day of upgrading and was told if I had any problems with setting up my new iPhone to pop back in store and she would be more than happy to assist me . Thank you Monika and thank you EE .

I was assisted by a wonderful EE employee called Jay. He has impeccable customer service skills, I explained to him that I needed a phone for my young son and he went above and beyond to assist me in finding the best deal.
