In-store shopping is done via a computer terminal. It was very easy to browse items, and we could immediately collect purchases from the store.

Customer service was good! They have friendly staff who respond promptly.

I purchased a Chromebook for my daughter a few weeks ago but it just stopped working. I didn’t have the receipt, only the transaction on my bank statement. Yasin was very helpful. He managed to locate the receipt from the date thereby verifying my purchase. As it was within 30 days, he allowed me to exchange the laptop for a new one. Both my daughter and I were very pleased. Thanks Yasin and the Argos Marble Arch team, great job!

With an extensive range if goods.
Prices are cheapest in Central London.
In contrast the staff are the most well mannered and helpful sales personnel.
Anne is exemplary.
Going over and above to help and gives support and total product knowledge.

Having visited Argos Edgware Road for an exchange which invariably can be an extremely exhausting process I was greeted by Jan at Marble Arch who could not have been more helpful and obliging if she wanted to. I genuinely thought this kind of service was a thing of the past. Argos you need to hang on to this girl she is a fantastic person and advert for the business. Thank you do much Jan.
