The receptionist and doctor were super kind and gentle. Is the first time I have used the NHS service since I moved to the UK( 4 years ago) and I heard horror stories from friends about the services in general and appointments, but that couldn't be so wrong in this clinic. They were fast and helpful when needed the appointment that day.
Top people and service, the pharmacy also is good!

The staff at Chatfied Health Care are welcoming . The Doctors and nurses take time to explain things and always ask if I have any questions about my care. I definitely feel looked after here.

The medical center at Chatfield and its doctors provide excellent care. My family, including my parents, have consistently experienced exceptional service there. The follow-up care is consistently brilliant.

The team at Chatfield are pretty amazing. Helpful, kind and caring. The nurses, Rosemary, Chiara and Kerry are skilled, efficient and caring. Appointments are always on time. The reception team are also extremely helpful and have gone out of their way to help me with setting up multiple appointments at suitable times. I have been a patient at Chatfield for 17 years and I can only thank all of the staff (doctors, nurses and the reception) for their genuine and wonderful care!

The staff and service in Chatfield Health is great. They are clearly incredibly busy but the doctors, nurses and receptionists manage to make it an enjoyable experience. I was there recently for a procedure and the doctor and nurse could not have been nicer, they put me completely at ease and treated me as though I was there first patient of the day. Definitely recommend!

From the moment I placed the call, I felt that I was listened to carefully. There was no rush for the next patient, no pressure. On arrival, the place was clean, quiet, with simple instructions to guide on what to do. The staff I spoke with at reception was clear and professional. The Doctor I spoke with was excellent, she asked follow up questions and made me feel comfortable to say things I thought as I man I will never be able to say to a doctor. She maintain eye contact, and created an environment that made me feel relaxed and stressless. It was a wonderful experience and I left with a lot of good news on my health worries. Exceptional Service and Care ! I recently visited the Chatfield health case centre for a test and I must say, my experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Rosemary (nurse) and made to feel comfortable and at ease.

Rosemary who administered the test was absolutely fantastic. She made me feel relaxed throughout. Her professionalism and expertise were evident, and she made what could have been an uncomfortable experience surprisingly smooth and stress-free. I cannot praise enough Rosemary.

The hospital staff were very responsive to give a quick appointment and even a call back for the same. Really appreciate the gesture. My appointment was very smooth as well. Dr Manoharan was very thorough. Would highly recommend this GP service.

Excellent thorough long term health review completed by Nurse Rosemary at chatfield Health. Prioritised bloods so they made the 2.30 collection. Asked lots of questions and LISTENED to my answers making notes. Checked my well being and lifestyle offering tips for improvement to long term health. Asked if I’d heard about the Shingles vaccine, I had and I was very keen to get it, asked if I’d heard about the pneumonia vaccine vaccine. Yes and I was very keen to get it.

So in a short visit I was treated with respect, care and attentive nursing service. I was tested for many conditions and given two vaccines to protect me from serious illnesses.

I left feeling cared for and reassured that I have many years of heathy living ahead if I follow advise and eat sensibly.

I’ve always experiended great service at Chatfield Health Care and this visit to the nurse on my annual check up fully met the high standards I’ve had in the past.

I called Friday morning to get an appointment for a back problem which has been very painful the last few days. The receptionist was brilliant and booked me in to see the Doctor an hour later.

I saw Dr Kate Farrow. She was incredibly professional, kind and understanding. She really took the time to get all the facts about my problem and she was extremely thorough. Very grateful to her. Thank you Dr Farrow.

I find the practice very emphatic and ready to support the patients in the general management of the various medical and surgical illnesses. I also like the idea of walking in to complain/request for services and being promptly attended to by the reception staff. Dr Omololu Oshinowo

I've been a patient for 20 years and am very happy with Chatfield, they constantly improve services to what their patients need. Plenty of friendly and helpful nurses for immunisations, bloods etc and you can make appointments online which is good and means you don't have to phone reception. They have an excellent booking notification system, with text messages (if that's what you want) reminding you of the time etc sent a few days before appointment. The doctors - who I haven't actually seen (by choice) for a few years but by telephone, are very friendly, efficient and helpful. I like the telephone consultations very much as it means you don't need to attend the surgery. I'd be very sad if I had to change doctors if I moved out of the area.

My GP is Dr. Manoharan. He is excellent. He listens to patients (not always a given!) and is very effective in addressing issues (with the appropriate referrals, tests, medication prescription) in a timely manner.

What can I say. Everything was great. The assistant at reception was very nice. The nurse that attended me was extremely pleasant, professional, and compassionate. I love Chatfield Health Care.

Ms Ramroop was the most professional person within Chatfield Health. She was so attentive and clear and truly assisted me. This was the only time I received proper help from Chatfield.

Really great. I got the timing of my appointment wrong by 10 mins and although that meant I couldn’t be seen, the staff did everything they could to assist me and managed to get a temporary prescription for me as it was urgent.
Think that went above and beyond considering the mistake was all mine

Iam really satisfied with our Gp. I have three kids when ever I call for help I get help good doctors and nurse. if the appointments are full they book for another Gp. Special thanks to your mazing reception team they are really very helpful 👏👏👏🤩

I changed my GP surgery surgery last year, as I was getting an awful service. I'm so glad I chose Chatfield, I've only used it twice, but I can say that I've received excellent treatment and care from the professionals both times.

Been feeling unwell past 3 weeks, tried medicines, supplements, lots of water, throat lozenges, hot drinks to shake off the persistent cough lethargy. Called Chatfields, was offered site appt or telephone appt, chose the latter, thought I'd just have antibiotics. Dr called back as advised for consultation, requested I come in offering appt within 2 hours of call. Prescribed inhalers to alleviate symptoms. I have been with this practice for many years, have few reasons to make contact typically as generally in good health, have always received 1st rate and prompt service and have never had cause to raise any concerns. As always I am grateful for their professionalism, service quality and ability to always be seen within the day or 24 hours if not convenient for me. Thank you. Practitioner Miss R Ramroop is amazing! I’ve been seeing her for my last few appointments now and it’s always bliss, she’s always cheerful and makes me feel comfortable and genuinely cares about the health and care she provides to her patients. Honestly one of Chatfield’s best!
