I cant remember her name i think it begins with an I but she had the most beautiful henna on her hand. She helped mefind my bracelet and was so fun and welcoming and really made my experience amazing! She was patient and so kind! If i had the money i would go all the time 💕💕 Amazing customer service from her

Shopped was packed as Christmas was coming. Staff lovely. Very angry customers in the queue, shouting and carrying on.. I ignored then but felt a way for the staff putting up with Mrs Angry lol

Staff is always welcoming and today 2 of the ladies even helped me fix my necklace even though it wasn’t from Pandora. Very pleased ☺

Very friendly staff as I personally had no idea what I was going to buy as a gift. Multiple months of service if needing to change the item if it doesn't fit the person I'm getting it for which is great

Today a lovely woman served me. I didn’t catch her name but she was Brazilian. Amazing customer service and friendly chat. She is a star in your store :) !!!

The staff was incredible! I received a warm welcome from two young lovely ladies Cecilia and Charlotte. They knew exactly what i wanted, and i must say they were really funny.
