Very happy with Joseph and his team. Excellent workmanship for an emergency flat roof repair then replacement after all the heavy rain. 5* Service.

Our flat roof of 20 years finally gave way on Sunday, and we left WWR a message to arrange for assistance. Joseph called first thing Monday morning and as promised, came around by lunchtime to assess the situation.

He initially cleared the drains and gutters to release most of the water trapped on the flat roof but the damage had already been done. We had no pressure to replace or repair our roof, Joseph just explained (with some photos) the problem and gave us some options and let us have time to think about it.

We contacted a few other roofers, but we felt the price and service was not as good as WWR. So, by the end of the week (Friday) Joseph had totally replaced our flat roof, sealed the leaking skylights and the work is guaranteed for 20 years.

I can't find anything to fault WWR on, from start to finish the whole team was working flat out, always polite, always on time and cleaned up any mess.

Really quick customer service, and were perfect to work with for a property that was being rented out liaising with our tenants. Provided before and after pictures before work could be inspected by myself in person. Price was very competitive and the work has stopped the leak in our flat roof. I'd phoned on Friday for a roof inspection with Joseph who agreed to come on Saturday. Joseph had come all the way from Guildford in the rain.He could've called and cancelled but did not do that. I must say Joseph was honest, professional, efficient, spot on with the issue and the level of detail provided to mitigate the issue was exemplary. I contacted Joseph to get an idea whether or not the quote I'd received from another company was reasonable. He was so responsive and took the time to review the photos I sent him. He did all this knowing that I was looking for comparison quotes and had already committed the work elsewhere, Joseph was just happy to help and even offered to put something in writing for me. I would use this company without hesitation for any future work just based on this experience. How refreshing and how unusual! Therefore, without using them, I give them 5 stars for attitude and response.

I would highly recommend Joseph and colleagues - the work on various bits of our roof was done to a high standard, with photos at every stage, communication was good and very reliable. One of our chimney flues was damaged which we hadn’t realised but we could see from the photos and within a couple of days they came back and did a really good job.

Joseph responded very quickly and thoroughly to my request for a quote and further information about the options available, including sending photos of work done. The price met my budget and he was able to get the work done almost immediately after paying the deposit and finished on time. Throughout, he sent photos of work in progress and the finished roof (as I don't live in the property), which looked great! Happy to recommend.

The business came to fix my flatroof under their guarantee, and once again, Joseph and his team exceeded my expectations! It turned out to be birds attacking particular points on the roof and Joseph fixed it efficiently.

I have to rate Joseph and his team 5 stars for various project/repairs on different roofs I have. He has been on top of all the projects and working relentlessly to get roof done. I started with small job in asking to fix a few loosen tile to bigger job like full flat roof replacement. Joseph never disappoint me in term of his quality, speed and communication. I especially like Joseph's honest approach to his customers .He is a top-notch tradesman!

Highly recommend the team. The quality of work and communication was great. I had a very positive experience using Wimbledon & Wandsworth Roofing. Our gutters were blocked and water was sweeping through our walls and ruining the plaster and paint work in our front room. I called Joseph mid-morning on a rainy Sunday and he arrived within 10 minutes! He quickly identified and fixed the immediate problem and then came back the following day to double check the work and finish the job. He sent photos of everything he fixed and we were very pleased with his workmanship. Joseph is friendly and professional and thanks to him and his team, our internal repairs are minimal.

I was experiencing a couple of problems at my house that included damp seeping through my kitchen roof, issues with guttering across the house, and water sitting on a flat roof we had as part of an extension from work several years ago. Within a week Joseph and the team came round for an initial inspection (FOC) and gave a competitive quote, and completed the work. The work required involved a couple of days and I was incredibly impressed with the high level of work carried out, and the contact throughout the process.

Excellent roofing company. I had an emergency repair job to my roof following the collapse of a chimney stack. Joseph took photos of everything that he did so that I always felt confident. He and his colleagues are organised and helpful and I would recommend them thoroughly.
