Friendly staff and very helpful.
I went here to collect my Virgin Media box which had been dropped here as a collection point. I found the staff very friendly and welcoming. It is a small shop packed with so much. I will be going there again to pick up a few items so I can support small businesses in the area.

Rip off prices. Dreadful wines. Sometimes only extra large size milk available. No receipts. Two card readers. Seems like random adding up.

Been staying near this store since January. My experience so far has been absolutely great friendly staff and helpful. Will continue using this off licence 👍

For RETURN parcel. The most important is to ZOOM IN your QR code!
1 step - Go to the back of the store
2 step - Open your email with the QR code
3 step - ZOOM your QR code.
4 step - Scan your code - The QR code scanner is at the bottom right of the visor (there is arrow in the machine showing where is the place)

I normally come in for packages, and then pick up snacks/ice creams/etc while there. I understand it's a convenience shop so I don't expect too much in terms of systems and organization. But I do expect the staff to be semi-helpful, somewhat know what they are talking about about and be friendly. However, the man working there today was very unfriendly and condescending. I asked for help with sending Evri because the new machine was not scanning my QR code. They used to have a different machine and this one is less obvious. So I asked for help, instead he told me to "use the machine", "you need a QR code, scan it" and pointed to the machine.

I don't think my request for help was so unreasonable to warrant such an attitude. Now I'm really reluctant to even go back to that shop because I don't want to catch his shift again.

I’m shocked to find out how accurate the 1 and 2 star reviews are regarding courier related information. I was simply told to “look for my package” in a pile of packages. It was clear to me immediately that if the package ever made it to this parcel collection shop, it wouldn’t remain in that pile for long. Try to avoid using this store for any package related services!

Absolutely horrible experience. I went here to drop off a "print-in-store" Hermes parcel. When I arrived with just the QR code, the man serving me said I had to print the label and told me to leave the shop. Then, by luck, I saw another customer dropping off a parcel and they kindly helped me find where the Hermes label printer was in the shop so I could do it myself and drop off my parcel. The man working there could not even be bothered to tell me where the machine was!! This is not the first time I've had a bad experience dropping off parcels. The people working here are so lazy, unhelpful and horrible to deal with. They simply do not want to help you or do anything for you.

I went to drop off a package and I have never been treated so rudely in such a small window of time. Constantly Banging on the partition glass instead of simply saying hold the package higher, gesturing in a vague direction without looking at you like you’re a dog, not responding when you ask a question and if they respond they pretty much bark at you. I simply had to go in get the bar code scanned a leave the package in a corner and leave, and you would not believe how obscenely difficult something so simple became. Embarrassing that anyone thinks this is a way to interact with costumers.

DISGUSTING PLACE, they lie to your face, treat you below nothingness, tell you to find parcels yourself in the huge pile, they never happy, sad animals. I wish Hermes, UPS and Yodel stopped dealing with them and gave rights to some other local shop instead.
I’d rather go 2 miles out of my way, than back to this dump.

Worst experience for Hermes parcel delivery. Rude staff, don't care about their customers. The website says there is a printer for parcel labels but staff don't know how it works or don't want to help. Avoid at all costs

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! There is a very lovely newsagents about 10 metres up the road that i recommend instead.

I am disgusted with this shop and they have lost at least one local customer from their actions. I was refused sale because I only had my card and was trying to buy some food for under £5 with the 50p card charge they normally require. The man was disgustingly rude and unapologetic, he just kept saying I have to spend £5 or no sale... which is nonsense because i have bought things there many times before under £5 on my card, and what kind of newsagents only serves customers if they are spending at least £5?! He obviously just couldn't be bothered to serve me as it was late in the day or thought he could get more money off me.

I was really hungry and relying on this shop to keep me going on my journey home before i could eat dinner I feel so angry and let down. I will be spreading the word and hope this message gets to the shop manager because you have lost at least one local and loyal family of customers through this behaviour.

The Amazon return machine always, ALWAYS BROKEN! What’s the point? Is that that customers would come and buy something? Not a chance!!! Rubbish! If they or the Amazon can’t keep the service in order, REMOVE IT from the Amazon map!!!!!

Avoid - worst place in the whole neighborhood with horribly rude staff. The place is shut during the working hours, after waiting for 20 minutes someone finally arrives. They did not bother putting a sign or letting their partners, such as Hermes, know that they are closed. They turned me and my package down in the end.
