If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve never been spoken to so rudely by a member of staff while sending 2 yodel parcels!!! he said GIVE ME THE SECOND to which I leant my parcel on the row of chocolate in front, he then screamed again to get off the chocolate and chucked my parcels on the floor, scream again how I didn’t listen to him what an awful man, will be contacting yodel
to advise to withdraw their partnership and this store will unlikely be able to survive…

Really wish I could give 0 stars. I’ve attempted to send 5 parcels via yodel here and twice when they’ve accepted the parcels, they’ve been so rude - almost as if it’s an inconvenience. The other 3 times, they’ve claimed the machine is not working. Why do they offer a service they aren’t happy to provide?

Avoid if you can. Such a contrast to the wonderful shop closer to South Wimbledon station that accept Evri parcels with a smile.

I wish I had read the reviews about this shop before sending my packages here. You don’t expect a shop to lose your packages.
Yodel has said that my package was delivered and I collected it.
The shop keeper said it hasn’t been delivered and her will contact Yodel then contact me back.
He never did and also never found my package.
Avoid this place

Incredibly rude owner who wanted me to leave my parcels without labels on the top of a fridge telling me he had “done this job for 10 years” when very politely I asked to understand how he would know where the parcels were being sent to without labels or any information from me. Felt like I had no option but to leave as he was so unhelpful and wouldn’t explain to me how he would send the parcels.

The worst store, the worst attention. This store receives yodel packages, they don't have a place to put the packages, they tell you to put them on the ground, when asking for the receipt, the guy from that store was most rude. It will be that yodel does not pay you and if so, why does he take charge of receiving parcels when he does not feel like receiving, he does not have charisma or education, please close this site. but when I see the reviews I see that he doesn't care very much because it doesn't improve the site at all.

If I give minus I would. I dropped off parcel a week ago for FedEx to collect and got receipt. A week later, I contacted FedEx because the item has not been delivered. FedEx said Pavalam foods and Wine did not give them parcel and the update on the system said it has not been dropped off. The guy in the shop was so rude, a liar and a thief. Avoid at all cost.

Please please avoid going into the shop. The owner is nothing but a thief. He took delivery of my package and I have proof of him accepting the delivery. However, he refused to hand it over and despite going there over 3 times and him agreeing to the fact that he has the package, he refused to hand it over. An absolute thief and no one should go anywhere near this shop. Please don't get anything delivered here and he is literally the worst.

This owner of this shop should be banned from being a collect plus member. The man was so rude and shouted at me as apparently my parcel was so big. He refused to take it as he thought I should use a smaller box to return my item in! In the end he refused to take it. If I could rate this shop a zero I certainly would!

Refused to accept my Amazon parcel even though he is an Amazon shop and was not doing anything as he is always empty

The worst service ever! Staff is very rude and unprofessional. They do Yodel service but it's look like they not happy about that people coming over to post the parcel. Always out of printing labels!

Do not get your parcels delivered here. I was collecting my parcel and he threw it on the floor, I saw it fly and heard it but he insisted he didn’t throw it he ‘placed’ it. Disgusting.

Lottery machine never works apparently. Stupidest thing I ever heard, it clearly works it just depends who's serving. Waste of time
