We had a pleasant time here. The cafe has two sections: cafe and restaurant. We only enjoyed the cafe zone.

Expect to pay the London price and there’s no table service. It’s a but like Starbucks. You order at the counter and wait for your drink at another end of the counter.

The latte and mocha we ordered were decent and the carrot cake was delicious. The staff was quick to clear the table after customers left to make sure there are always empty seats and table visibly available.

Lovely interiors and very friendly staffs. Definitely recommending if you’re thinking of a brunch or lunch date! Also a proper restaurant next to that. Will try and update this next time!

One of the best coffee in town. Price is similar to everywhere else. Brunch was great. You pay for the good quality of ingredients. Please bring back food to St John's Hill. 😂

Recently had the pleasure of visiting Story Coffee in Wandsworth, and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. As a coffee aficionado, I must start by praising their espresso. Rating it at 4.5/5, it was a true masterpiece. The richness and smoothness of the espresso were unparalleled, devoid of any hint of bitterness or sourness. The baristas here clearly understand the art of coffee, and it showed in every sip. What impressed me even more was the impeccable temperature at which the espresso was served – perfect for immediate enjoyment.

Moving on to the culinary delights, their scrambled eggs were a revelation. Cooked to perfection, they struck the ideal balance between being slightly runny and boasting an incredible, vibrant color. The addition of crème fraiche and chives elevated the dish to new heights, creating a harmonious blend of flavors that danced on my taste buds.

But it wasn't just the eggs that left a lasting impression. The sourdough toast, a true testament to their dedication to quality, was a revelation. Slicing through the toast revealed a delightful softness on the inside, while the crust provided a satisfying crunch that paired beautifully with the other components of the meal. As someone who often struggles to find good sourdough toast, this was a delightful surprise that left me craving more.

Story Coffee has certainly mastered the art of crafting an exceptional culinary experience. From their masterful espresso to the divine scrambled eggs and heavenly sourdough toast, each element of my meal was a celebration of taste and quality. If you're a coffee enthusiast or simply someone who appreciates impeccable flavors, a visit to Story Coffee is an absolute must. My taste buds are already eagerly anticipating my next visit!

Had brunch here yesterday and I can confidently say this is the best food and coffee I have tried in London. Delicious, great service and atmosphere. Absolutely recommend, one thing to note though is there is limited pram space.

Lovely little ☕ place. I sat down with an oat flat white which was very nice. I enjoyed it. The girl did a good job with the art as you can see in the photo. Good music too. I bought a slice of brownie (no nuts) to take away which was also very nice, gooey, just how I like it.

If you are ever up there at some point getting your Schengen visa sorted at the TLS center like me or for any other reasons, you should definitely try it out.

Only thing to note is that this place is a screen free coffee place so not suitable for people who need to use their laptop, iPad etc. Kindle is okay because I was there reading my book on my Kindle while enjoying my little moment and I didn't get told off, so 🤓. There you go.

I live in the area and go to Story Coffee for breakfast almost every weekend. I am actually shocked that it has only a 4 star rating, some of the bad reviews I’ve been reading are given by people who’ve been to the Cafe only once….so I think this is utterly unfair. Their coffee and breakfast are by far some of the best you can have in Wandsworth/ Clapham area. Staff cannot be more friendly and welcoming. Never once have I had a bad experience here, and I must have been at least 30 times.

I’m an avid coffee fan and have tried various coffee shops around the area and I can say their coffee is one of the best in town. The aroma and acidity that they compliment each other create a smooth taste and they put great effort into latte art. They also serve a brunch and would love to try that on my next visit.

Absolute gem of a little café. Delicious cakes, including gluten-free; coffee and hot chocolate absolutely perfect. Staff always, and without exception, smiling, helpful and a very warm welcome.

Sweet! Cool place with a nice vibe. Visited on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty busy with no free seats. Really nice coffee though! Will definitely come back.

My favourite place for a coffee in Wandsworth.

The owner is a great guy, and the café manager Douglas is awesome – he and the other baristas are excellent, knowledgeable and most importantly friendly - creating a welcoming place for locals.

I’ve been going here almost everyday the past year since the birth of my baby and found it a nice place to chill with her whilst drinking excellent coffee.

The interior is lovely - one of the nicest I’ve been to in London, particularly love the marble counter and the bespoke furniture.

Definitely worth a visit.

Modern coffee shop with indoor and outdoor seating. Nice to see a mix of small seats and stools for ppl only getting coffee and other tables for people looking for brunch. The coffee is also very tasty. I recommend a flat white. Something to note in advance is that this cafe does not allow laptops or tablets so it is not ideal for a day of working and snacking.

Amidst the city's hustle and roar, it's a comfort to find a dream in a cup, a coffee’s embrace in such a beautiful cafe.

Definitely one of, if not the best, coffees in London for my £3.60! I like that they’re a small chain with a very local and still independent vibe.

Coffee is well balanced and just the right level of bitterness for me. I often have one of their homemade sea salt and choc cookies with it - great combo.

I wish, as with most coffee shops in my Putney/Wandsworth area, that they pushed opening times a bit later but understand I’m probably in the minority that occasionally wants a coffee at 5pm!

Also, worth a shout to the friendly team who have the right balance of caring about the coffee without being snobby!

Finally, I like the No screens reminder on the tables. If nothing else it encourages people to be a bit more present!

Great coffee shop in the centre of Wandsworth. Fantastic high quality coffee made by proper baristas. My test is to see if they make different drinks when you ask for a latte and a flat white (which they do).
I like the fact that this one has opted to promote itself as “screen free” so deters the use of laptops and tablets inside and trying to encourage some human interaction.

Wot a lovely place to be, especially when the sun is shining. Latte was delicious and luscious frothed with beautiful latte art! The Baristas were a cheerful lot! Thanks guys!
